(I put an effect on it, it doesn't actually have all that orange grunge stuff) "This is War" shows (though you can't see it) a modern girl wearing a normal T-shirt with war paint on her face. You can interpret this however you want, but I interpret it this way: This modern girl is going to war with the world. She's mad at it, her parents, everyone who tries to bring down her happiness. So yeah. The feathers have no meaning really, basically just for decoration. ...I hate the lips.

That's quite nice, and the eyes are very well done. Along with the lips. The feathers are also a nice touch - gives her a 'Lone Wolf' type feel. Alone in her endeavour to change the world.
