Drew this out of boredom, because I absolutely hate the cold weather. I am aware that the eyes are too far apart and the body and clothing looks bad. xD Oh well. And that's a scarf around her neck. "So Cold" is actually the name of a song I like...so yeah...Multiple meanings. Here ya' go.
