This is our latest rescue. She fell down the window well (which is now covered) and split her upper and lower lips either during the fall or when we were trying to catch her in the well. She was bleeding really badly so we cleaned up her mouth using a newborn kitten syringe, put her in a cat carrier, and kept a close eye on her. When we noticed she was able to eat and walk/hop around the carrier without limping, we released her back into the wild. Once we disassembled the carrier outside to let her go, she ran as fast as a jack rabbit to get away. Shortly after we released her, she was back in the yard under the propane tank. We think she is one of the babies that was born under the propane tank. We've seen her around the yard a lot, hanging out with the other bunny, Bugs.
