Story

Long ago, there lived a king and a queen, that ruled over all the kingdoms under the ocean. They were known as the High King and Queen, Poseidon and Arabella. Their love was so true and pure, that their was joy spreaded throughout the ocean and throughout all the kingdoms, making the seas happy once again. By Arabella's soothing touch, there were hardly any storms and the greeks were happy. Eventually, Arabella gave birth to four daughters. Each daughter was special in their own way, the other kingdoms throughout the ocean celebrated, the new high princesses. For years everything was good, and the daughters grew up to be smart, beautiful and strong. Everything was all fine and swell, till one day, the High Kingdom was attacked, by Sirena, and her sisters. Sirena was the sister of Poseidon, a powerful water goddess and queen of the sirens. The faithful wife of the Titan, Oceanus. The battle took place all over, but the main fight was between Arabella, and Sirena. Finally, Poseidon, destroyed every Siren, but Sirena, would not go down, so she got herself into a battle with Queen Arabella. The King had to finish off the sirens at the front gate, and the Queen trying to save her beautiful daughters. There was no way of getting rid of Sirena, unless she used her light. She began to sing, letting her song rise around the two, as a brilliant vortex of light formed around them. Finally, the light stopped and Queen Arabella, and Sirena, were never to be found. By the time, Poseidon, had got there, it was too late. From that day on, things were never the same. Poseidon, found out that, a human had tipped off to Sirena, where the Kingdom was hosting the celebration. He caused so much pain and havock on cities by the ocean, that manny died. Finally, the king calmed down a bit, even though there was the ocasional storm, and the girls finally grew into beautiful women. Their mother always told them, that on their 18th birthday, they could venture into the surface and find love. So upon, the youngest daughter's 18th Birthday, Arianna, went to her father, and asked him, if she could go. He refused to let her go, they got into this huge fight, and Arianna stormed away from the kingdom, to the surface world, where she made her life at. 2 years later, Arianna is out of college, and now a certified Marine Biologists, and works at the biggest aquarium in florida. Now, the King is dead, and the two oldest daughters, are looking for their sisters, Arianna and her other sister. They finally venture, to the surface world, will they find thier sisters, find love or even find danger in the city?

Follow up Back story. The other three daughters of Poseidon are open. I am playing Arianna, the youngest daughter, who is now 20, and the first oldest daughter is 23, 2nd oldest, 22,  3rd oldest 21. Whenever they are under water, in the sea, time moves slower for them, but when they are on land, with legs, they age as a regular mortal. And another thing, they each have a special gift, that keeps them connected to the ocean. Arianna has a magic mirror, that gives her glimpses into the future. (maken up names, you can change them.) Selene, the oldest, has a crown, that she wears, that turns into a triton, Venus, has a necklace, that magnifies her sirens gift. She is able to enchant any man, and Juno, has a locket she wears, that helps her transform into any sea creature.

By the way the time period is now, like 2013. Arianna, is a marine Biologist at Aquatica Works, the most famous and biggest aquarium in all of California. Venus, works at a mermaid bar, basically a bar/restaraunt, where she wears a fake tail and dances in the tank of water. The other two sisters, are down in the sea, bout to come to the surface to find their sisters.

I am going to join right now, actually. So, I call the 23 year old I guess.

Arianna looked around her, smiling as a warm sensation washed over her, from the current. She looked up, towards the surface, and flicked her tail. With a few flicks, she was to the surface in a second. Her aqua eyes, gazed around as she noticed the sun getting higher in the sky. "It's gonna be 11 am soon, I should head back." She thought to herself, as she dived, back under, and flicking her tail faster, zooming through the water and back to the underwater enterance from the cave, under her house. She smiled as she broke the surface, of the under ground cave enterence, swimming up towards the ledge and pulling herself up.She held her hand over her tail, feeling the heat, rise on her tail and watching as steam rose off. In just 10 seconds, her tail was gone, and her legs were back. She stood up, walking up the steps, and leaving the underground cave, walking into the library of her house. She went to her bed room, as the book shelf closed behind her. Finally, she finished gettng ready, and flipped her hair, pulling it into a cute pony tail. Once she was satisfied, she ran towards her garage, grabbing her purse, and keys off the counter. She waved her hand over to the door, and watched it lock. She got into the car, and started it. The creamy white, new audi, pulled out of the garage, and sped down the street, towards her job, as the garage door closed.

(I forgot to add something. The daughters all have helpful abilities, telekenesis, heat, water manipulation, the power to form a water bubble around them, to make them  invisible for 5 mins only. And the full moon affects them, each girl has a moon ring.)

Ok, you can have Selene we needed the Oldest sister anyways, so we can kick off this rp. If we don't get a girl to play Venus, will just eliminate her.

My computer just shut off..... might take a little loner than expected.

    Renna smiled at the aquatic mammal following her. She stopped waving her tail and turned to face the dolphin. Making an "O" shape with her hands, the dolphin lowered his head and puffed out a ring of bubbles. It glided through the water reaching Ren, in which she slithered through it. The dolphin was delighted by the act and swam over to her, nudging her with the tip of his nose.

    "C'mon, let's go see what's going on up there," she said cupping the animal's chin then shooting up towards the surface. The dolphin's name was Day. He was a loyal companion to the mermaid. And eagerly followed her everywhere. Once surfacing with his friend, he clucked to her before ducking his head back down underwater, letting only his dorsal fin be exposed. He didn't like the human world. He'd prefer to stay down in the depths of the ocean.

    They had surfaced by a beach. A lively beach of tourists and people who lived around the area. They were far away enough to not be seen, yet close enough to hear the laughs and excited screams of girls getting thrown into the water. "What do you think it's like?" she rhetorically asked Day. Only time would tell. Soon she would be sneaking out of the ocean to go search for her sister and pursue what their father didn't want them to.

    "Alright, buddy," Xander said to the sleepy cat he'd just woken up with all his loudness of getting ready. "I'm going to work. See y'later." The cat only watched him with heavy eyes as he picked up his keys and left the loft. He made his way down from his floor and to the parking garage made specifically for occupants of the loft building. Finding his car, he got in and started it up, beginning his drive to work.

    He worked as a marine biologist. Ever since swimming with the dolphins with his family on a vacation trip when he was thirteen, he'd wanted to become something with marine animals. They were fascinating and never boring. And he got to work with some awesome people. One of which he had a huge crush on...Arianna. He always got all flustered around her. It was embarrassing.

    Xander arrived at Aquatic Works, quickly getting out of his truck and going on inside. Even though it was only in the hour of eleven, he was still sleepy. He only started fully functioning around 6:00 PM. Or so he always said.

Arianna smiled as she pulled into the parking lot, right beside Xander's car. She pulled the keys out of the ignition, and got out the car, walking away, clicking the lock button on her car. She pushed a clump of her hair behind her ear. She smiled, as the car alarm blared, signifiying, that her car was locked. She walked in, and smiled as she saw Xander. She always had a crush on him, but she didn't think he felt the same way. He was always seen with that girl, Lyla, she rolled her eyes at the girls name. She set her bags down in the locker, in her office, and put on her coat. She walked into the mian room, spieing Xander. "Hey comrade, fine morning it was. Don't ya say?"

Selene flicked her fin effortlessly, propelling herself to the surface. After she broke the surface she happily took a deep breath of the air. She treaded water, swishing her tail lazily to keep her hair bobbing above the water. Sighing softly, Selene watched the shore, wondering exactly how close to her youngest sister she was.
