the snow crackles under our paws in the alaskan snow, our harrness cling to our bodys as we race down threw the trail, the cold air blasting our faces, our tounges loath out, this was only a practise run, a warm up ,the morning sun crawled over the horizal and the skiy became a painting of clouds and color we hear our master tell us to pull right in his fancy talk he only used with us, the lead dog, was the first to begin the turn the rest of us followed, we could see the town now, we all felt a tinge of excitement as we got closer. when we arvived we could feel the excitement, it was a week before the big race and everyone was abuzz, little kids wouldswarm us grabbing our ears and petting our fur, the adults would give us a pat our two everyone was so happy to see us, but the race wasent an easy one, many had died on it, many get lost or hurt, its not easy being a sled dog, can u take the heat?

everyone was in the barn the smell of hay and horses was thick and warming, the dogs had the barn mostly to themselves, they could climb the ladder to the loft above the horses and there alot of the hay was stored, below was a large pile of straw, and it was push around the floor, the horses softly neighed to eachother while we barked  and played, or resting the cold winter morning was dark, but we all knew it was almost time to be let out, where we would get our harnesses on and race threw the snow.

pickles was in the loft laying donw on the ledge looking down at everyone, resting her tounge loathed out contently, her think fur kept her warm, and the hay arond her insalted more, she watched the others below, some were still asleep, she was esenchalyy on the alphas rock of pack dogs, but anyone was allowed up, she yawned and shook her fur

meyko *he sped around the hay bay skillfuly twsiting around on the slippery hay and he lept over the massive mund and  landing spinning a 180 degrees back around , he had caught a rat and there was a "fight" for who wanted  marcus and sally (two i madeup lolz ill add them soon) they growled playfuly and lunged for him, he hoped over them and ran on*

    "Nikita, you have about five seconds to get out of my face before I critically injure you," a very annoyed Berlin said to her brother. Nikita wouldn't leave her alone, and insisted on talking to her with his face right next to hers. It was moments like this that she probably needed to give him a lesson on personal space. It annoyed her when others got so close that you could feel the air move when they talk. But nevertheless, Berlin would give him a taste of his own medicine sooner or later. "Did you even hear what I said? Get out my face!" she shouted, tackling him all of a sudden and pinning him down. He could have easily overpowered her, but he was so caught off guard, he didn't have time to. "How do you like it? Huh?" she teased, basically pressing her nose against his and talking.

meyko *he was running hard , and looked back th eother two werent there, he stopped and looked around  he saw marcus out of the corner of his eye and ran forward but was tackled by sally, the rat flew out of his mouth, and  ploped onto the floor,, marcus grabbed it and ran of, sally leaped to her paws and ran after him, meyko followed and saw marcus go around the pile of straw so he jump over it planning ot interecpt him but instead crashed into a fae poking her nose into anothers face*

    Berlin's ears pricked up, hearing running around and such on the other side of the hay they were lying next to. She couldn't see over it, but figured it was Meyko and the two others. She continued to regularly talk to Nikita, having her nose centimeters away from his. All of a sudden, their noses were rammed together. She jumped off him, pawing at her nose, and Nikita rolled to his stomach, snorting and sneezing. "The hell Meyko?" Nikita finally said, shaking out her fur. "What are you doing?" She wasn't mad at him, only curious as to what was going on.

meyko *he landed with a roll and hit his head on the wall, and fell back on his back, he looked at the fea threw upside dodnw vison and  grinned* oh you know just haveing alittle fun before the run this morning, *he looked over at maruc happy with his prize, but a barn owl came down just intime to steal it from his jaws, maruc growled, but you gould hear pickles laughing softly* why were u two noseing eachother?

Berlin gave a breath out, loosening up her posture. She sat down and wrapped her tail around her paws. "But wouldn't you rather rest before we can't for awhile?" she asked with all sincerity, the fur above her eyes lifting up with the question. Then, her ears went back in embarrassment. "Oh God-no. It's..It's not what you think," she said with a little embarrassed laugh. "I was teaching Mr. Personal Space Violator, here, how it feels to be talked to when someone's face is right next to, or in front, of yours." Hanging her head, she started laughing. "I'm just going to shut up now about that subject. No incest happening here I assure you." Her last sentence was mumbled. "Do you know when we leave?"

meyko nah but pickles knows when, shell give us a warning *he rolled over onto his paws and stood up, looking over at the male who was still rubbing his nose and gave a chuckle* oh i was like whoa alittle weird but , meh *he wasent seriously judgemental and kinda went with everything* i did that when i slept *he grinned* this body dont need rest it needs action! *he teased and sat down*

    Berlin looked over her shoulder at Nikita who was wandering off somewhere else to escape her wrath for when she got done talking. Looking back at Meyko she laughed a little, but not in a teasing way or anything like that. The laugh transitioned into a smile and she sat there for a second, thinking, and wagging her tail lightly against the barn door. "What're you going to do now? I need to wake up a little more, mornings and I aren't friends."

    Nikita didn't want to stick around to see what would happen when Berlin stopped talking, so he got out of there. He decided to pursue the question of when they were leaving. "Piiiiiccckllles!" he called. He figured she probably knew. "I got a question for youuu!" He pranced around in the hay with his head up high trying to sniff for her. He could of probably found her in a matter of seconds if he wasn't so lazy.

We're gonna start shooting off fireworks at our house, so I'll be on brb for awhile.

pickles she looked down, her blue eyes haveing a light of there own* yes nikita? *she asked with a tilt of the head* oh why yell come up here *she smiled*

meyko oh i dont know... *he said looking away then back at her with a devious grin, he tackled her to the ground playfuly and nipped her chest hufr, then hopped off and bolted to the other side of the barn*

    Berlin looked at him suspiciously at first. "Wha-what? Is there something on m-OOMF!" she was knocked onto her back in mid-sentence. Her body wiggled under his as she made inhuman (or dog) noises from half-laughing and surprise. As soon as he got up, she sprang to her feet, running after him whilst kicking up hay at the same time. Oh it was too early in the morning to be up and running, but she continued on anyway. Eventually she got to him and nipped at his tail, barking as she did so.

    Nikita spun around to the sound of Pickles' voice. "Oh there you are! Hi!" His eyes shifted around the loft area and how to get up there. "Uhm..okay," he finally said once he thought he found a solution, and trotted over to the ladder. "This should be interesting to watch," he added with a little laugh. He began to attempt to climb up the ladder to the loft. It was a slow process, but he eventually got up there and stood proud and tall that he overcome such a feat. Going over to the fae, he laid down next to her. "So I was wondering when it is we leave to begin the race?"

meyko *he yelped in suprise, the fae was faster then he thought, he  turned sharply and   hoped onto a crate and looked downa t her* ur faster then i remeber berlin! *he said exictedly he always enjoyed a challenge the barn felt warmer now, he wasent sure why*

pickles *she smiled at the male and turned her head towards him* the race will be tommorrow, we have warm up today and then we rest for the big race! *she said excitedly, she love raceing it was her passion* our master will be here  shortly *she pointed with her muzzle to a window paine, where the sky was barely light*when its just light enough fo rhumans to see hell be here

    Berlin had a huge grin on her face. She play-bowed, her tail wagging around in the air. Barking once for no reason, she laughed. "You better believe it!" She stretched out her limbs, "You gotta be fast to be a sled dog." The fae stood up and placed her front paws on the crate, looking up at him, smiling. "What happened to you? I thought you were faster?" she teased, nipping at his paws.

    Nikita rolled onto his back and lightly thrashed around in the hay, getting it all over himself until he was partly covered by it, then rolled back to his stomach. "Are you nervous?" he randomly asked, settling down now and looking over at her. "Because I'm a bit nervous. Always am before a race." He paused, thinking... "Do you think we'll do good? Win even?" Oh he was just full of questions this morning. He felt a bit bad for firing off so many.

pickles *she smiled at him, the green and light brown matteral was all in his fur, she giggled softly at him before his first qestion then shook her head* in order to be nervous u must doubt theteam your running with, ive run with u guys before, i have no doubts that well cross that finish line, weather it be first or last, it doesnt matter, its surviveing thats the true reward, you know *she said stretching out and yawning* well we havent run with the other groups in a long time *she said, licking her paws* so i couldent say if well win or lose

meyko oh you dont think im fa- *there was a large sqeek noise and the barn doors flew open the ice air drove it, pickles stood up and meyko jumped off the crate they herd the familar voice* hey guys ready to run? *the man had a fuzzy face, and a hat on, his jacket was thick and he was very tall* he had a bag with him* the man then turned and let the dogs out, meyko smiled at berlin and nipped her neck  as he raced out side*

pickles come on! *she barked excitedly* ill show u and fast way to get down, she said geting to her feet she lept off the loft and into the large pile of hair, she was swallowed by the yellow fibers but then crawled out and looked up at him smileing*

Cotton was sunbathing as the wind whipped her tufts of hair, making the day a perfect combination in weather. Yawning, Cotton stood up as her brother, Elijah, came bounding forward with his tongue lolled out. "Candy-doo!" Elijah called out as he spinned while jumping in the air and landing on his head with his butt sticking up in the air. "Are you mentally retarded?" Cotton spat in an annoyed tone. "No, sissy!" Elijah replied as he stood up, shaking out his coat with a happy expression. "Well stop acting like it.," she said, examining her brother, wondering how they were even related at this point.

    Before Nikita could respond, their master came into the barn. His head shot up and his tail wagged in the hay. He barked a greeting to the human and stood up. Pickles was already up, then basically dove into the hay below. He looked over the edge of the loft, wondering if she was okay. If she wasn't...then he'd take the stairs. Oh, but there she was! Safe and sound. "Does it hurt?" he asked, kind of rhetorically, since he was going to do it anyway. Standing at the end of the loft platform, he leapt off and landed in the hay, quickly bouncing out of it and shaking his fur free from the straws.

    Berlin looked to the barn doors, the cold wind blasted into her grey fur, ruffling it up a bit. Her tail wagged crazily seeing the man. "HE'S HERE!" she shouted, beginning to run around in circles. She quickly stopped and ran out after Meyko, singing, "Who let the dogs out! Who! Who! Who who who! Who let the dogs out!" Once getting to some snow, she plowed into it, being buried beneath the white substance. Snow made her crazy.

(omfg I was so distracted whilst writing these. I am so sorry xD)
