Member Posts: 1783 | Alaska cooked and cooked. She sang loudly and purposely off key. Some of the other cooks joined in. Alaska was baking chocolate chip cookies and her raviolis while she sang Hallelujah. "I heard there was a secret cord that David played and it pleased The Lord!" She sang along with two cooks named Glenda and Daniel. She went on with singing it. She stirred the raviolis. Alaska sat on the counter and kicked her feet. "When's my break?" She called to no one in particular. She looked around and jumped down. "I'm going on my break!" She said. Glenda called to her. "Be careful for the murder." Alaska waved her hand at her and left. She headed out into the city. She wore the usual jeans and t-shirt. | |

Marina eyed his hand for a moment,then took his hand and shook it. "If you make me endure that alone I'll kill you." she wrinkled her nose after speaking, realizing she would probably force herself into a dress. | |

Lark Karrth He quickly realized that a wise choice would be to sell the necklace before it can be traced back to him. Nodding to himself, accepting the decision, he stood up and made way to the door of the small building. He was limping and the pain spreaded throughout his leg as if it were on fire. However, this was necessary and most certainly had to be done. Making his way to the city, he walked into a small pawn shop, a pawn shop which happened to buy things for quite a bit. Lark was familiar with the place, as it was where he sold most of his loot. The owner was friendly with him and simply thought Lark was a man who inherited too many things from his parents. Walking into the shop, he proceeded to lay the necklace down on the counter. The owner looked at it, studying it for a bit. "Well," the shop owner sighed, scratching the back of his head. "... I don't know if this is artificial or not. I'll have to examine it for a few days." Lark blinked his eyes, before nodding his approval. "Okay. Uh... Sure thing." He was about to walk out, when the shop keeper began to talk. "Did you hear about the lad who tried to kill the Queen?" the shop keeper inquired, looking at the necklace thoughtfully. "I heard it from a friend who works in the castle. As soon as it happened, he came running towards me, spitting out the news. Who on earth would want to try to kill the Queen?" Lark looked away quickly, composing himself. "... That sounds stupid," he said, with a believable snort. "Why would anybody want to kill the Queen? She's a wonderful Queen, honestly." | |

She passed the pawnshop an heard Lark's voice. She entered the pawnshop, finishing her song. She smiled. "Hello, Jonas!" She exclaimed loudly and looked around. "I've never been in here before." She said, mostly to herself. | |

Member Posts: 1783 | Kaito slightly opened one of his eyes and looked at her, continuing his humming. He flipped on his stomach and stopped humming, his eyes suddenly wide and excited. "Do you wanna do something fun? Do you wanna do something really, really fun?" He said, sitting up as he suddenly remembered something. | |

Member Posts: 1783 | Kaito jumped up, grabbing her wrist and bringing her up with him. "It's a surprise." He said, pulling her along as he ran through the trees. "I found it years ago. God, I hope it's still there. I hope I remember where it was. . ." He said. Now they were running along a tall rock and dirt wall. Finally, he stopped in front of a somewhat small cave. "It's a tight fit, but it opens up. You know how to swim right?" He said with a wide grin. | |

Member Posts: 1783 | Kaito smiled. "No missing limbs. I promise." He said, grabbing her hand and taking her into the cave. It was pitch black and a bit small. Kaito used his free hand to feel along the wall and when he got at the end of the wall he paused. "On three, were gonna jump. Don't let go of my hand." He said. "One. Two." He took a deep breath. "Three." He said and jumped over the ledge. It was a long fall, probably 30 feet. They hit the water. It was a bit cold and Kaito swam to the top, keeping a tight grip on Marina's hand. He took a deep, shaky breath. "Holy crap! It's a lot colder than I remember." He said and swam with her to the shore. It was still pitch black and he had to feel his way around to get to the shore. He pulled her up with him and looked around. "Wait for the moon to come out." He said. | |

Marina jumped into the water with him. As they hit the cold sank slowly into her. As they surfaced she gasped. "Yea, a little cold." she said as they felt their way to shore. "Okay." she said quietly, stillholding his hand because she couldn't see. | |

Member Posts: 1783 | Kaito chuckled softly and unbottoned his suit and took the top part. He wrung it out and hummed loudly. The moon rose in just the right spot. The whole place lit up from a hole in the ceiling from the moonlight. It was huge inside with stone walls rising high above. There was a large lake in the middle. | |

Marina looked around, slightly awestruck. For the moment she forgot the feeling of her wet skinny-jeans clinging uncomfortably to her legs, and just looked around at the moonlit cave. After a moment of taking it in, her awe slowed ebbed into amazement and her camisole was beginning to cling to her too. | |
