His parents practically brainwashed him, and it took a very long time for him to get out of that stage. They made him cold and merciless. When he was thirteen, we finally broke him out of it. But sometimes it comes back. Like a split personality. He can hurt you. He doesn't remember it, and he doesn't know about it. It's like he blacks out. Just be careful." | |

Ashling nodded, and walked back into the room, face pale. She settled back in her spot next to him and stared at the wall. Nervously, she braided her hair in the same place, then undid it, over and over again. | |
