Zachary smiled and held her hand as they both walked out of the nurses office. 

Ashling pulled him towards the dining hall, which was a much more appropriate name for it than 'cafiteria.' She slowed down and walked next him, trying to help support him again.

Zachary looked at her and smiled. You know I'm not dying. You don't have to help me walk. 

Ashling smiled, looking back up at him. "Shut up. Its an excuse to half-hug you." she said as she looked ahead of them again.

Ashling smiled and glanced up at him. She realized she barely knew him, yet they had kissed and now hand an arm around one another. Honestly, she could not care less. "Zach?" she asked quietly.

Zach looked at her and raised an eyebrow. Yes? 

"Where will, or would, you go if you can't here?" she asked quietly looking up at him.

Zachary stopped for a moment then bit his lip. He shrugged. I would probably have to go back to Blackthorne if they would accept me back. 

Ashling stopped walking and shook her head. "No. I would never, EVER let you do that." she said, her voice becoming hard and angry.

Zachary looked at her. I would have no where else to go, Ashling. 

Ashling didn't look up at him. "I-i couldn't care less. I'd make you go live with my family. The family that adopted me anyways. They live in town. I would never let you go back there." she closed her eyes and pursed her lips, trying to contain her anger.

Zachary looked at her for a moment then nodded. Alright. He said, though he didn't sound convinced. He continued to walk. 

Ashling continued on with him, but she was tense now. Biting her lip nervously, she kept leading him down the hall. She squeezed her his hand, but clenched her other into a tight fist. The thought of his going back to Blackthorne made her angry. After everyond went to bed she would probably sneak out into the training area to relieve the immense emotion.

Zachary looked at her and cupped her face with one of his hands. It's okay. He said softly, making her look at him. I won't go back.  

Ashling leaned into his hand. "Okay..... Pinky promise?" she said holding out her pinky to him. It seemed childish but her face a serious.

Zachary entwined their pinkies together. He brought them to his lips and kissed their entwined pinkies. I pinky promise. 

Ashling gave a small smile and stood on her tip-toes to kiss his cheek, almost afraid to do anything more.

Zachary cupped her other cheek with his other hand and kissed her softly on the lips. 

Ashling smiled and kissed him back. She put one arm  half  around his neck.
