Smiling once again, she made a face like she was thinking then nodded to herself. "Well, do you want to  go do something?" she asked almost hopefully.

Shiloh gave a small laugh. "Well, that certainly doesn't sound good. Never would of thought that. But besides all that," she said waving her hand in a dismissing manner, "I like it. So, um..How many years have you gone here?" she asked randomly.

Nick sensed she was a bit unhappy for whatever reason. His eyes flickered to the fountain as it churned with waves, his head nodding and he rocking back and forth on his heels. "Sounds...Interesting." He waved his hand and slowly, the water in the fountain freezing over. Nicholai looked back over at her with a smile from ear to ear, his dimples showing perfectly.

Anubis thought for a moment. "This is my second and a half. My first year I can in the middle of the year. Then the next was full, and this one will be a full year, hopefully." he answered enthusiasticly. "How about you?" he asked in return.

"This is my first year here. And, really, my first day," Shiloh said with a small laugh. "Though I've been here a couple of times or so with my brother, just to visit. ...Do you..enjoy it here?" She then paused and shook her head, covering up her face with her hands for a moment. "Gosh, I'm so full of questions right now, I'm sorry."

Anubis laughed and nodded. "Yes, I do. Although I'm already pretty good at magic if I do say so myself. And, its okay I was too." he said  with a smile.

"Where to?" Onyx smiled.

Mae watched the water freeze then faced him, giving a odvisously fake smile. "Sooo..."

Zia shrugged and smiled. "I don't know. Nor do I care. We could just drive, or walk even, but if would be nice to get away before we have to have classes again. I'm dying for some food, maybe tea or coffee?" she said enthusiastically.

"I'm okay at magic. Improving, but okay. Need a little practice, though," Shiloh said with a giggle. "Can you show me some of your magic?" Shiloh asked, curiously. "Or is displaying magic in public a no-no?" She said with a laugh.

Nick's smile faded seeing her fake one. He cleared his throat and looked down, melting the ice in the process. "...Did I...do something? Besides of course almost drowning your mouse and ramming into you?" he asked. If there was something he did wrong, he wanted to fix it. Or, maybe she was just one of those people. He waited anxiously for her answer, his brown eyes studying the features of her face.

Anubis shook his head an smiled. "No rule against it that I know of. What would you like to see?" he asked curiously.

"That would be great." Onyx said with a smile, "Would you rather drive than walk, or walk than drive?"

Mae sighed and looked up to the heavens then back at him, "Nothing, I'm just...homesick." That was a lie, and it was odvisous like her fake smile before. She missed her mom and brother.

"Oh I don't know. Surprise me," Shiloh said smiling and gathering her long blonde hair to one side in the process. She then joined her hands together in front of her, rocking back and forth on her heels. An odd girl she was.

Nick folded his arms and shifted his position. He looked at her with a raised eyebrow, "Really?" His charming accent complimented the word. "What's really wrong?" He could see through lies, since he had a sister who did this all the time. He just wanted everyone as happy as him. Though with some people it was a little harder to achieve this goal.

Zia thought for a moment. She decided walking would mean that she got more time with him."Let's walk." She said quietly.

Sunnis sighed once

sigh Anubis`s post isn't finished hold on.

Anubis sighed once and smiled.Then went to a nearby shrub and waved a hand,causing it to flower instantly.

Hullo?

Onyx smiled, "Okay." He had wanted to walk to begin with.

"I live in a crappy foster home with two people who don't care about me or my foster brother and I miss my mom and wish there was a way to bring her back and I also miss my real brother who I haven't seen since I was 11. I just want to know that he is safe and with a good family." Mae said, starring down into the water. A tear strolled down her face, to the tip of her nose and fell into the fountain with a tiny splash.

Shiloh looked at the little bush and grinned seeing it flower. "Oh how lovely!" She turned back around to him, thinking. What could she do that wouldn't burn up in flames? Literally. Her main specialty was the elements. She began twirling her finger at her side. The winds just around them began to pick up, gathering leaves in the process. A wave of wind started spiraling around Anubis, seeming to trap him in it and keep him in place. Shiloh smiled in amusement.

Nick listened to her story, a bit regretful that he had asked. He looked at her with sympathy. "I-I'm sorry I asked," he said quietly. "But please...Please don't cry," he said getting in front of her and hesitantly, yet gently, wiping away any tears she had with his thumb. "I'm sure everythin's fine back at home with your brother." He gave a reasurring smile, those dimples hopefully making everything better.

Mae sighed and looked at him, "It's fine. I-" She paused for a moment to breath in, "I've never really talked about it before, but I feel better now that I've told someone."
