Hermione, knew it to, and knew that she didn't want to kill him. The Strigoi, however, was way to strong, and had pretty mutch taken over her mind. As she tryed to bite him, the way he was trying to push her off seemed to be irratating her badly, distracting her, to where she was mainly trying to get him to stay still now.
