Original storyline not by me. This roleplay is loosely based off of "(P)lanets- the life of normalcy has ended!" game. However, you do not need to be knowledgeable of the game to join.

Welcome to Planets Academy.

The students who attend this school are not your regular teenagers. But instead, they possess psychic abilities.

This school stands to teach the students how to properly control their abilities, along with the average curriculum,

If you or a loved one has experiences involving the reading of minds, telekinesis, phasing, or anything else, please contact us immediately.

We hope to see you soon.

~~

Please do not post on this roleplay until I announce it is open. Thank you.

+ About Planets +

This school is strictly for people with psychic powers. No, this school does not teach werewolves, witches, dryads, wizards, timelords, dragons, centaurs, or anything of the sort. Emphasis on psychic powers. Psychic meaning things such as telekinesis, teleportation, telepathy, phasing, so forth. No element-bending or spell-casting.

+ The Grounds +

The Planets Academy is located in the mountains, so average people won't find it very easily. If a normal person does find it by accident, their memory will be erased.

The Planets is extremely large, with several buildings. There are two dormitories, one as the girl's building, other for boys. Nobody is allowed in the dormitory building of the opposite gender. All students are to be back in their dormitories by nine o' clock at night.

Feel free to make up a building for your character to take classes in. I'm not very strict when it comes to what places look like. Go ahead and spice things up a bit.

+ The Classes +

The Planets runs on an "A-day-B-day" schedule. Your schedule has different classes depending on what day it is. Say, for example, you have science, literature, and math on an A day, but on B days, you will have history, musical theory, and art in place of those classes. If Monday were an "A" day, you would have science, literature, and math on Monday. Tuesday, you would follow a "B" day schedule, Wednesday would be A, Thursday would be B, so forth.

Instead of electives, there are psychic classes. All schedules go like this:

Period 1: Average Curriculum class (average curriculum meaning math, science, literature, et cetera)

Period 2: Average Curriculum class

Period 3: Average Curriculum class

Period 4: Average Curriculum class

Period 5: Lunch

Period 6: Psychic control class

Period 7: Psychic control class

Feel free to make up your classes.

+ Rules +

Each post must be at least two sentences. Absolutely positively no exceptions. And also, it would make everything so much easier if you would just use correct grammar and spelling. I often have trouble trying to decipher "Txt tlk" (and it gives me major headaches that last for hours when I do try).

No Mary Sues, or perfect people. Come on, flaws are fun.

Speaking of flaws, every ability has a disadvantage and advantage. For example, a telepath's advantage may be that they can hear people's thoughts. A disadvantage is that they don't have the ability to not hear the thoughts, and it is difficult to block people's minds out. A teleporter may become exhausted after teleporting several times. Be creative.

Don't go overboard with the cursing, violence, et cetera. However, a lovely little fight and swear is welcome every now and then.

We aren't roleplaying a pornography. Keep that in mind.

Your characters cannot be better than everybody else. Sure, they may be more advanced in their psychic skills, but they can't be perfect all-round. Seeing perfect characters annoys me so much, I had to put this rule twice. I'm just sinking it into your brain.

Lance Sharoll

The dark-haired teenager walked on the paved cement ground of the school campus. What a lousy move-in day. Rain was pouring, sending cold drops of water onto his body. His hair and clothes stuck to him wetly, in a rather uncomfortable way. Blegh. Lance had to remember to take a shower later. He had already moved into his dormitory room. Now it was just a matter of wondering which brain-dead idiot of the school would be his roommate.

Last year was Lances first year at Planets. His roommate moved out very quickly, which wasn't surprising. Lance liked being alone. He didn't have friends because he was incapable of making them- He didn't have friends because he didn't want any.

Stuffing his hands in his pockets, Lance let out an exasperated sigh, looking around. He had forgotten to pack an umbrella, so he was left standing in the rain. That was when he noticed a figure up ahead. The figure became closer and closer...

"Oh, great, Tavaris."

Tavaris Sharoll

The more upbeat twin was walking, his hand grasped firmly around the handle of a black umbrella, when he saw his brother standing and getting soaked in the rain. Tavaris couldn't help but snicker at his brother's misery.

"Oh, look, the soulless beast is getting wet," Tavaris sneered at his brother, a grin on his face. "Too bad he doesn't have an umbrella. No- Too bad he wasn't smart enough to pack one."

Lance's face became dark, with a scary look. "Shut up!" he hissed, clenching his fists. "Shut up, or I'm really going to mess up your face!"

Tavaris simply smiled, and continued his taunting. "Why don't you have any friends, Lance? Is it because everybody is afraid of the soulless beast?" That was true. Last year, nobody wanted to be around Lance because of his cold vibe. Tavaris nicknamed him the 'soulless beast' and it kind of stuck.

That cut it. Lance lunged forward, his fist aiming at his brother's face, but in a flash of light, Tavaris had teleported to the other side of the courtyard.

"Come get me, beast!" Tavaris teased. Many students had gathered around the courtyard, to witness yet another Sharoll Twin Battle. The twins fought a lot last year, when they arrived at Planets, and they have an argument whenever they merely glance at each other.

Dani Fischer~

Arriving at the school, Dani started out the rain covered windows, and smiled softly. This was going to be her first year at the school, and everything was new to her. She was unsure of what to expect from a school like this, but, after coming out to her parents about her abilities, they'd found this school the next day, and had signed her up.

Sighing slightly as the car pulled to a stop, Dani grabbed her hand bag, as well as her umbrella, and got out of the car. It was pouring outside, and she certainly didn't want to get soaked. Going around and popping the trunk open, Dani collected the rest her luggage, and headed toward the main building. But, something was in her way. There was a large cluster of kids circled around.... Something.

As she got closer, Dani saw that it was two people, students pressumably, fighting with another. Her eyes widened: She had no idea if this was allowed, or if she two sides would be okay. Should she be worried?

Josh Quincy-

Josh stalked around, keeping to himself, rather then walk beside any friends or peers. He preferred being alone. It's not that Josh hated everyone at the school, or thought himself above anyone else. He just liked the peace and quiet, and being able to think, uninterupted. Although, some other beings had different plans.

He could hear them following, keeping a quick pace with him. They breathed down his neck constantly, making sure it was known that they were always there, and he couldn't escape him. Josh tried to ignore them, he really did. Sometimes, if he concentrated hard enough, it was like they weren't there, and they would leave him alone.  But he always saw them, no matter what.

Hearing something odd in the distance, Josh raised an eyebrow. He walked in that direction, only to see a gathering of children, and a few spirits that lingered. Being a bit curious, he walked forward, only to see that it was those two at it yet again... The Sharoll Twins.

Lance Sharoll

"Get out of my face, Tavaris!" the younger of the twins spoke darkly, as if he were just about ready to explode. However, unlike his brother, he wasn't using his psych. He thought he could settle it by using his bare fists.

Lance shivered a bit, jealous that Tavaris had an umbrella. His brother only taunted him more, seeing the envious look in his eyes.

"What's wrong, Little Lance? Afraid you'll get a cold?" Tavaris spoke in a sing-song voice, teleporting here and there. Lance had no way of figuring out where his brother would be next. "Why don't you use your psych? You're a coward! That's all you are- A brain-dead coward."

Lance finally snapped. He lunged at the older twin with an outstretched hand. As fast as lighting, his fingers wrapped around Tavaris's throat, slamming him against the wall of one of the school buildings. Tavaris kicked and struggled, but he was exhausted from teleporting so much.

Tavaris Sharoll

Tav thought his life was over. As he felt the long, thin fingers of his younger-by-twenty-minutes brother wrap around his neck, he truly thought everything was going to end. The umbrella had dropped to the ground, and Tav had become just as wet as Lance. Tavaris was seeing black spots dancing before him.

Is my life over? he thought to himself. Everything he heard sounded muffled, like he was wearing earmuffs. He kicked and tried to rip the rough grasp from his neck. His efforts were futile. I'm going to die so pitifully as this?

He heard a muffled shout, something that sounded like, "Stop that right now!". At once, the hand was released from Tavaris's neck, and he slid down the wall of the building, coughing partly because now he could breath and partly because he was soaked in the cold rainwater.

A teacher had used her psych of telekinesis to break up the fight. Lance had ended up on the ground, coughing and shivering. The younger twin's black hair had fallen into his eyes, making him look even more intimidating than usual.

"Please, no fights this year," the teacher rolled her eyes, as if she were used to the Sharoll twins. "I'm sick of breaking them up." She looked at the crowd of students. "Get! Shoo! Nothing more to see!"

The crowd became smaller one by one, and the twins got to their feet. Tavaris grabbed the umbrella before Lance could. "I'll see you later, soulless," Tavaris sent a glare at his brother. Without another word, he turned on his heel, walking through the rain, shielding his body from becoming even more wet with the umbrella. Tavaris was annoyed past words, annoyed that he had been that close to being killed.

The teacher left Lance to himself. Lance simply stood in the rain, thinking about what had happened, his hands stuffed in his pockets.

(I am so sorry! School is currently eating up my life! But, here is my reply! And please, don't feel any shame for B-U-M-Ping.)

Dani Fischer~

Flinching, Dani looked away when Lance's hands wrapped themselves around Tavaris's neck. She knew that someone would intervine into the fight eventually, but, she was worried about both boys, and their well beings. She didn't want to have to witness any blood being shed, especially since she was a squimish person anyway.

Soon enough, the teacher cut in, and sent everyone away. Dani flowed with the crowd, but, she slowed once the teacher and most of the student body had disapeared. Looking back, she noticed one of the boys, Lance, standing alone in the rain. It was a rather sad sight, and a part of her felt for the boy. Walking over quickly, she cleared her throat, making it so her presence was known,

"I hate to interupt your train of thought, since you look to be in deep concentration, but... You look a little wet. Here," she offered the umbrella, "You need it more then I do."

Josh Quincy~

Josh simply rolled his eyes at the spectical of the fight. These two were always at each others throats, so it wasn't like this was new to him. A few of the on lookers seemed to be horrified, indicating that they were new students who'd never seen them rumble. Once the teacher stepped in, Josh decided it would be a good time to leave. A few spirits that wandered the grounds also disapeared, acting as if they were actually living.

Josh headed in the same direction as Tavaris, although not intentionally. He meant to simply go to the main building, and make sure everything was all set for his room, and so forth. Shivering from the rain, he rubbed his hands on his arms, trying to create some sort of friction.

Lance Sharoll

Lance jumped slightly, suddenly hearing the noise of somebody clearing their throat behind him. The teenager turned his head to see an unfamiliar girl. Her red hair was dry due to an umbrella in her hand. He was a bit surprised when she offered him the umbrella. Of all people, why would a random girl want to help him out? Especially after seeing him get in a fight like that?

"... I don't want your frickin' umbrella," he spoke in a harsh tone, sending a glare towards the girl. "I'm fine. Just... Get out of my face." Lance used one hand to clear his eyes from the soaking black hair sticking to his face. Ugh, he hated being wet. It made him feel like his clothes were a second skin.

~~

Tavaris Sharoll

Tavaris heard somebody's shoes walking against the wet ground behind him. Turning around, Tavaris saw some kid... What was his name again? Josh Mincy, or something like that. Tavaris had seen Josh a few times last year.

"Hey, you're Josh, right?" Tavaris decided to approach the guy. After that fight with Lance, Tavaris just wanted to let loose. The more relaxed twin let out a grin. "See those... Girls over there?" He motioned to a few girls who were laughing as they held their pink umbrellas in the rain. "Well, there's only one of me... And two of them... So, I thought, why don't I bring somebody along to woo them? And, since you're the person closest to me..." Lance grinned.

"Come on," he said. "They're frickin' hot."
