Arriane: *after she finished putting the bumper stickers on her dorm room door, she walks outside. A smile spread across her face when she saw Luce. She happily walked over and plopped down next to Luce.* hey, newby. How ya likin' Sword and Cross?? *her voice was fake happy as she smiles at Luce. She was being sarcastic, of course. No one could like Sword an Cross.* Daniel: *he walked outside, until he saw Luce and Arriane sitting near the path he was going to take to the lake. He was one of the few that knew about the lake hidden in sword and cross. He quickly turns and starts heading another direction. It would take him there, just a lot longer. He didn't want to get anywhere near Luce. He wanted to make sure that he stayed away from her so she wouldn't die again.* Gabbe: *she gently blew on her freshly painted pink nails to dry them. She smiles once they are dried, happy with how they looked.* Jesse: *he boredly sat in his room.* | |

haha thanks sorry I haven't been on very much lately sorry been SUPER busy and stuff. Oh and sorry if I get some stuff wrong too I haven't read this book since last year lol Artemis held her books close to her chest and her bag swung on the right side of her body and it kept hitting her in the hip. Tears streamed down her face as she ran up the steps to her dorm room. She had a huge red mark on ther left cheek and the tears made it sting more from a group of guys who were harrassing her. Her shirt was still hanging loosly over one of her shoulders. Why did everyone think they could take advantage of her? Christofer sat with his back leaning against a tree. He played with a piece of grass in his fingers, twirling it back and forth. He rolled his eyes to what had just happened in front of him involving a girl with blue hair and some idiot guys. The people these days sickened him sometimes. | |

Artemis stopped, this being one of the rare moments where she actually needed someone. She shook her head as the tears kept falling down her face. She wiped her face off with her sleeve and then apologized quietly for being disgusting, "No... not exactly." she said in barely a whisper | |

Artemis sat down on Gabbe's bed and put her face in her hands and continued to cry into them. She looked up at Gabbe, not for sure whether to tell her. She was a total stranger. Why did she care about her anyways? "Why? I don't even know you?" she said, a little more harshly than she intended. | |

Allison grabbed the box of tissues from Gabbe and blew her nose and dropped it in a trashcan near by. She shook her head, "no" she mumbled. That was all Gabbe would get for now. She wasn't going to tell some stranger about her family situation. She had been glad that someone cared at the beginning of all of this but she wasn't sure now | |

Artemis finally gave in into telling Gabbe. She actually seemed to be one to care, not some fake that would blow it up in her face the next day. She sighed, her walls starting to let down as she gripped her knees. "Sooo there's been this group of guys. Big morons. And I dated one of them, Johnny and like, we broke up a couple months a go and stuff. Well I broke up with him because he's... abus-" she choked on the last word. "a-abusive and stuff to me. He always was hitting me and telling me not to tell anyone or he'd tell everyone... but he's still at it and stuff. And like, earlier he grabbed my shoulder and told me to calm down like he always did and, i tried pushing him away but he wouldn't let go and..." she could feel tears in her eyes again. She didn't know if she could continue at all or not. Gabbe was probably tired of her rambling anyways."Sorry..." | |

Luce- Looked at arianne a little surprised. Umm it's boring. I miss my best friend and I miss my old school. Honestly I hate it here and some of the kids are really rude. She thought of how Daniel had flipped her off when she went to smile back at him the other day. | |
