Member Posts: 10981 | Madison's eyes grew wide as something whizzed past her and lodged itself in Rick's shoulder. Quickly she dived under, letting her tail splash down on the water as she did. She watched as he morphed into his great white form, and she knew this was not going to be good. The only way to stop it was to cut the rope, and this mermaid knew exactly how.

Jesse: *he smiles.* oh. Okay. I'm sorry for the tone... *he looked down at the dog and took a step back.* I understand that. I've had quite a few flings before, but never once a serious girlfriend. I've never dated a girl worth being in a longterm relationship with, actually.

Member Posts: 10981 | Madison swam as fast as she could to the bottom of the ocean, where her stash of sea shells and other various things were. She quickly looked through it, trying to find something sharp. Her hands finally found it, sitting at the bottom half covered with sand. It was an old forgotten pocketknife. After grabbing it, and a whole bunch of sand, she swam like a speeding bullet back to Rick. Her eyes examined the situation as she flipped out the knife. In an instant she was at the rope, trying to saw through it.

Member Posts: 10981 | Madison didn't listen to him. She continued on sawing at the rope, her arm muscles flexing as they moved back and forth. Finally the rope gave and let Rick start sinking down into the blackness followed by a trail of blood. Her tail waved wildly back and forth as she dived down to get him. Her arms were outstretched waiting blindly to come into contact with something, and soon they did. Hands grasped the bare skin of the sinking man-shark and jerked him up toward her chest as she propelled them as far away as she could from the scene.

Member Posts: 10981 | As Madison was swimming and pulling Rick with her, Baby showed up. He was of course larger and stronger than a simple mermaid. He nudged her, wanting to take over, and reluctantly she let him. Baby had Rick positioned on his back so he couldn't fall off while they swam. Maddie hung onto his large white fin. It took little time to get to this huge rock that's top stuck slightly out of the water. Madison let go and swam ahead to the rock, then helped Rick onto it's dry surface as Baby floated near the water's surface so the man was out of the water. Maddie pulled him into the dry rock, and laid him on his back.

It's perfectly fine Jesse: *he looked up a little, thinking. He looked back down, then answers,* I don't know. Someone that... Understands me. And is okay with who I am. They don't just expect me to be a certain way. Like my last girlfriend, she just wanted me to act like a jock and a partier and... Rich. Ya know?

Site Owner Posts: 236226 | Jesse: yeah. My family is rich. *his smile widens when she says he didn't seem like a jock.* well, I guess that's a good thing. I am a the quarterback on the football team at my school. I'm getting a scholarship for it. *he paused, his smile leaving his face.* oh. I'm sorry about that. *he used to be like that, but he had changed. His girlfriend, being used to the old him, didn't like the change. Which is why they had fought. Jesse didn't want to go back to how he used to be.* I hope I find a girl like that.

Madison tucked some of her hair behind her ear, and put a hand on the side of his face, "Okay..Okay..fine..." she said sitting back and looking at the object pertruding from his skin. She reached forward and grasped the object, curling her fingers around it. She took a deep breath in, closing her eyes then opening them again. "Three..Two..One.." Then she yanked it out, throwing it aside.
