"Zazu, no!" Kiara called after him. But he was already halfway there. "..Don't tell my father..." she mumbled, looking down. She crouched low to the ground, trying to hide the best she could from, well, everyone.

Kovu: *as the male jumped off, he got up and started to run. But he wasn't fast enough. Once again, the male knocked him over, this time tearing into his stomach. He pushed him off and pinned Kokuom, sinking his claws into the soft skin of his stomach.* Lionesses: *did as they were told and ran to find Simba.*

Kiara looked up to see her mother, "Mom! What are you doing here? Where's Dad?" she asked, standing up and looking around frantically. She didn't want anyone to get hurt, especially her father, but her head whipped over to the sound of Kokoum's roar, and she feared the worst.

Kiara saw her father running across the field to Kokuom and the other male lion, not replying to her mother's words. She only stood beside her, watching intently, the events that were unfolding in front of her.

Kiara ran over to Kokuom and her father. If Rhafiki was there, everything was all right. She nuzzled both Simba and Kokuom when she got there, then looked at the wise baboon. "But he doesn't belong to us. He is apart of Scar's gang," Kiara spoke up.
