K Mia: *crept silently through the long grass. Her bow in one hand, the other ready to pull it back. There was an arrow already on it. There was a deer not to far away that she had been tracking, onto the white man's land. Although she didn't know that she was on their land.*

Neytiri's cheery laughter rang out through the land as she and Seze played with one another. It was quite a fun game. Neytiri would tap Seze, then Seze would try and touch Neytiri back. She hadn't named the game yet, and wasn't thinking about it anytime soon. They were dangerously close to the border of the white men, and Seze would stop occasionally as she heard some of their loud, rather obnoxious laughter. "Just ignore them Seze," Neytiri said patting her horse's neck, looking off in the distance at smoke rising up from some of thei fires. A gentle breeze swept across them, ruffling Neytiri's feather necklace that lay on her chest. An insane and crazy idea came over her. She mounted her horse and cantered her forward, closer to the white men. Tall grass whipped at her legs as they moved through it quickly. As they neared closer, she dismounted and crept low, peering from behind the blades of grass at the settlement they had made.
Akien laughed and joked with the other men, sitting in chairs by their tents. He did a double take, as he saw something moving in the grass in the distance. He exused himself from the little party and quietly made his way over to it, the sounds ot the men fading with every step he took. With him he had his pistol and a knife.

Dimitri: *he wasn't with the others. He found most of them pretty annoying. He was walking around, exploring. Of course on their land. He wouldn't break the laws and go onto the native American's land.* Mia: *saw the deer and stops, but not quickly enough. She gets to close, and it runs away. She curses under her breath.*

Neytiri watched intently the white man with her brown eyes. Her mouth was slightly agape as she breathed in from it. So curious she was of their ways. They seemed so different from her people, but she still had a heart to maybe accept them. Her heart thumped wildly in her chest, like a wild stallion running through the tall grass. In a way she hoped he would find her. But of course that would be a horrible thing to happen.
Akien was scared out of his mind as a deer suddenly sprang forward out of the grass. But he kept his composure and acted like a man. He scanned the sea of green in front of him as it waved in the wind like waves in the ocean. He was completely oblivious to the fact that an intruder was on their land.

Mia: *was about to stand up, but she saw the man not to far away. She silently gasps, and ducks down lower, terrified. _What of he finds me?_ she thinks, _Will be kill me?_ She didn't move a muscle, hoping that he wouldn't notice her, and walk away.* Dimitri: *looked around, hearing Neytiri, but he didn't know who or what it was. He takes a few step towards her.* hello? Is there anyone there? *he asks, his Russian accent very noticeable. It was strange. Most of the guys there has normal voices, but not him.*

Member Posts: 10981 | Neytiri had a little trouble understanding this man's words. He didn't speak like the others here, there was something very different about his voice. She whipped her head to the side, hearing something rustling next to her. "Featherheart!" she whispered. Her cat had followed her, and was now looking at her curiously with it's green eyes. Featherheart looked forward then trotted out of the grass to Dimitri. She looked up at him with a mew, rubbing along his legs. Neytiri clasped a hand over her own mouth in a way to prevent a sound from escaping her mouth. There was no telling what was going to happen to her beloved cat. | | In the corner of Akien's eye, he swore he saw something stand partially up, then quickly duck down not wanting to be seen. He curiously walked over, moving the waist high grass out of the way to see what was hiding beneath it. "Hello?" he said taking a step then stopping. "I'm not going to hurt you.."

Dimitri: *tilted his head to the side slightly when he saw the cat. He reached down and petted the cat gently. He didn't know where it came from.* where is your owner? *he asked kindly. He liked animals, but animals didn't seem to like him much. Well, the ones back home didn't, at least. This one seemed to.* Mia: *crawled backwards, terrified as he walked closer to her. She bit her lip to keep from yelping out in pain as her hand landed on a large thorn, but she did make a little squeak like noise.*

Member Posts: 10981 | Featherheart had around her neck a woven collar made from dead grass blades. It was a sign that showed she was apart of the Native Americans. The gentle but yet clueless cat mewed looking over her shoulder at something in the tall grass. There was no telling what it was unless you got a bit closer. | | Akien looked to the squeak, his green eyes scanning the grasses, trying to see what made the sound. "Hello?" he said again, crouching down. "I'm not going to hurt you, I promise.." he added peering through the blades of green grass. He saw long black hair. His eyes followed it to where it came from, to see a quite beautiful girl hiding from within the shelter of the undergrowth. He smiled slightly, raising his hand a little in a sort of wave. "Ah...hi.."

He stepped around the cat, and walked over.* is someone there? *he asks kindly.* Mia: *looked at the man, terrified. The only white person she had ever been near was her mother, and she didn't even remember her.* H-hello. *she stamers, as she clenched her one hand, trying to get the blood to stop. The thorn had made a large cut in her palm.*

Member Posts: 10981 | Neytiri held her breath, her heart pounding loudly in her ears like a steady drum. Featherheart trotted past the strange man and went to her owner. Her tail stuck up slightly in the grass, giving both their hiding spots away. "Featherheart, no!" Neytiri whispered, pushing down the cat's backside so she sat. Her eyes grew wide and she slowly stood, rising from her hiding spot like the morning sun rose from the ground every morning.
