Jordan: "One minute Abby." He held his phone down to his side and looked at the girl, "Hey." he looked into her eyes, "Breathe for a minute. Take a deep breath, Alright? We'll get this straigtened out, alright?" he looked at her again and then held the phone back up to his ear, "You guys might want to come down here. I just found a body in the back of a car." he was surprised how he was taking this so easily.

Abby nodded, as if he could see her. "Well, you don't want to be talking to me about this, I'm the forensic scientist! Call Gibbs. Here's his number." She tells it to him.

The girl nodded, but couldn't stop crying.

Jordan froze at the name Gibbs. He always and forever would be terrified of him. "Thanks. I'll give him a call." he hung up and looked at the girl again. he gave her a look that asked if it was okay if he could hug her.

The girl stared at the body, rather tramatized.

Abby hung up.

Jordan gave her a hug, "We'll get this sorted out okay?" he let go of her, but kept an arm around her still as he dialled Gibb's number. He started getting nervous about telling Gibbs about the body. He was more afraid that he was accuse him for murder again.

The girl pulled away from him nervously.

Gibbs answerd the phone when it rang. "Gibbs."

Jordan stepped away from the girl a bit because he really didn't want her to see him freaking about about the situation. He put his back to her as he answered Gibbs, "Um... Hi Gibbs... It's Jordan." He wanted to smack himself. Um Hi. Who says Um Hi to the scariest man alive?

Gibbs leaned back in his chair with a rare, amused smile. How could he resist? After all, he was a friend of Abby. "What's up, Jordan?"

Jordan released a small sigh of relief. He looked behind him at the body in the car again and then breathed in a huge breath of air. Gibbs seemed in a good mood. Now he'd probably ruin it, "I found a body in the back of this girls car. She says it's not her car and keeps saying 'but he's not a murder'..."

Gibbs nodded. "Your the one who found it?" he asked giving a small gesture to the others, telling them to get there stuff.

Jordan nodded even though Gibbs couldn't see him. He turned back around, 'Yeah. I was just getting something for Abby and I was downtown when I saw this car drive by with blood dripping out the back."

Gibbs gave McGee a look.

"Got it, boss!" McGee said, happily.

Gibbs nodded at him. "Alright, we are on our way." He said hanging up and going to the elevator with his team.

Jordan hung up also and put his phone back into his pocket. He turned back around and waited nervously. That went better than he thought it would. HE couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl who was driving the car.

They arived soon after, in 4 diffrent cars. Gibbs got out with the others, and gave McGee a signule. 

McGee nodded. "Got it, boss."

Gibbs brought Tony and Ziva over, Ziva started investigating, and Tony stayed by Gibbs' side.

Gibbs looked at Jordan. "Rule 38." He said with a small grin.

Jordan gave Gibbs a look of confusion, "Rule 38? What's that sir?"

Tony went off to flirt with the girl.

Gibbs- "Your case, your lead."

Jordan did a double take, "Wait what? I can't- You can't expect me to lead an investigation! I don't think I have the smarts to do that. I'm just a college drop out." he was starting to freak out a lot. How did Gibbs expect him to lead this case? He had no clue how he'd be able to do that.

Gibbs raised an eyebrow. "Well if you don't want to be automaticly proved inocent, then by all means, you don't have to."

Jordan sighed. He'd rather lead an investigation than Gibbs breathing down his neck that he wasn't innocent. "Alright. But I have no clue how to do any of this stuff so I'm gonna screw something up."

Gibbs shrugs. "You may, but you may not. I'm sure Abs will be open to helping you."
