Gibba leads him to an interigation room.

Abby had yelled: "WAIT! HES INOCENT!!!" after them.

Jordan looked at Abby, stopping, "Wait what?" and then muttered under his breath, "I should have never tired to understand this..."

Gibbs opens the door, waiting for him.

Jordan rolled his eyes and followed Gibbs. He felt like he was back in elementry, saying that he remembered any of elementary school. He really hadn't payed attention...

Gibbs pushes him in. "Sit down."

Zeeva stood in the corner, watching.

Jordan stumbled forward and fell down. He never was one to stay on his feet very well. He picked himself up off the ground and brushed himself off. He looked around for a chair and pulled it over, sitting down. He started half mindedly drumming on his legs and looked up at Gibbs, "What do you want sir?"

Gibbs sat down, across from him, then looked at Zeeva. "Zeeva, can you go make sure Abby is keeping the dog in the kennel?"

Zeeva nods and walks out, leaving them alone.

Gibbs decides to go with the 'kind Uncle Gibbs' aproch, straiting the papers. "Pretty sad that the dog died. And that Buch is going to be put down."

Jordan relaxed a bit, "Yeah that is kind of depressing. That big dog out there right?" Jordan said confused. He's heard that dog called jethro and it was now buch. He took a double take though, "Wait why is he being put down?"

Gibbs leans back. "He killed somebody. And possably the new dog. Poor Abby isnt going to take it very good."

Jordan felt bad for Abby even though he barely knew her, "that really sucks... Isn't there a way that it can't be put down though? Like investigate more or something?" he never had been comfortable with animals being put down.

Gibbs shook his head. "We've done everything. Unless, you can give us a name."

JOrdan sighed and shook his head, "Nope. I don't have a name. Sorry." he said a little dissapointed.

Gibbs shook his head. "You were there at the crime scene, I got witnesses. You should just tell the truth now.

Jordan looked at Gibbs, confused, "Wait what did you say sir?"

Gibbs sat up straiter. "You were at the crime scene, you seem to... inocent, why did you do it?"

Jordan gave Gibbs a look of disbelief, "I didn't do this sir. I've never done anything bad in my life unless you count some petty little pranks I did when I was in highschool still one then I guess you could count that as a crime... But That's it. Never drank. Never done drugs. Nothing. I didn't do this."

Gibbs nods. "It's better if you dont lie. All the charges can be dropped if you can give a name."

Jordan shook his head, "I'm not lying sir. I'm not even from here! I'm all the way from freaking Fort Wayne, Indiana and I'm here visiting a cousin. I. Didn't. Do. Anything."

Gibbs stands up quickly. "THAT IS THE PERFECT REASON FOR YOU TO DO IT! YOU CAN LEAVE! WHY. DID. YOU. KILL. HIM!?!?!?!"

Jordan stood up too, mostly because he was scared, "I didn't kill no one!!! I've never been pissed at anyone that much. Who was the person who I 'killed' they'll probably not ring a freaking bell at all."
