Syrena, propping herself up on her forearms, leaning back, she nodded her head. "Yes, it is," she said closing her eyes, letting the warm sun engulf her.
Akien thought he saw three girls hop out of the water, and settle down on some rocks. "Strange..." he thought to himself. He went to his pocket, where he kept a small eyeglass. He took it out, and stretched it out to it's fullest length, then held it up to his eye and peered through it. He was baffled at what he saw. Three normal, beautiful girls from the waist up, then their legs were that of a fish's tail. "Mermaids..." he said under his breath. | |

Akien couldn't take his eyes off them. It was amazing! There were actual mermaids...right in front of him. He wanted desparately to see one up close, but there wasn't enough time in his break to take a row boat out to them, and then have them swim away. | |

She gave Aqua a nervous glance, then looked back at Mia. | | Akien saw one of them swim closer to the boat. He leaned over as far as he could over the railing to try and see her better. But he lost his footing on the slippery deck and tumbled into the sea. The rest of the crew was too busy to notice he was gone, or to hear the splash. He surfaced, treading water the best he could in the choppy waves, looking around in panic not knowing what the mermaid might do to him. | |

When seeing she was helping the human, she sat there speechless. | | Akien turned his head to see the beautiful meaid with long, black, flowy hair grabbing his arm. He wasn't sure what she was trying to do, until she didn't do anything but keep him afloat. He stared at her, not sure whether to speak, or to call for help. | |
