Kate; She hears the scream and runs automatically towards it, her heart tugging in fear. When she finally comes across Drew laying on the ground, and the shadow crawling up his leg, she lets out a gasp of horror. No...not again. She moves over and punches the shadow in its head. It recoils while Drew had been unharmed by her powerful punch. The shadow had taken the entire shock. Drew...I'm sorry to say this, but you have to go, even on your burnt legs. Get out of the forest. They don't usually travel alone. She falls into a stance as the shadow attempts to attack her now, she deflects it, but maintains most of her attention on Drew | |

Drew looks at her- his eyes wide with fear as he shakes his head, struggling to stand. He flinches as he finally gets to his feet, looking at Kate as he limps at a steady pace towards the edge of the forest, a cold sweat breaking out on his forehead as the pain burned through his legs. ((Next day for them?:p)) Drake wakes up with a groan, squinting. Even in the dimly lit room, his eyes were extra sensitive. He first looks around the room, then at Christina- trying to figure out what happened the night before. He lays back down, throwing his arm over his eyes- usually he would've left, but seeing that they hadn't slept together, and he had a hangover, staying seemed to be the best bet. Nessie smiles slightly, trying to lighten the mood. "At least they didn't take Paul,not meeting him would've sucked." | |

Christina turned over to her side her back facing Drake. She was still asleep but half awake, but she couldnt like hear anything but she knew that she was awake, its strange I know. Every now and then she would take in deep breathes | |

kate; waits until Drew is out of the shadows and hers sight then starts to take all of her anger and frustration out on the shadow. Until finally with a flash of blue and a dark burning it disappeared. Her eyes glittered with rage, and her breathing was slightly harsh. But remembering Drew she ran through the trees, effortlessly, silently. On the hunt for more, because they never traveled alone. But they never attacked at the same time amaze amaze. She finally caught up with Drew, as the woods seemed to close in around her. | |

Member Posts: 4377 | Drew had collapsed again, about twenty feet away from thr edge of the forest, unable to stand the pain any longer. His flesh felt like it'd been eaten by acid, slowly and methodically. When he looks up at Kate his eyes were glassy and he blinked a few times to refocus himself. | |

Drake squinted at her. "The morning is not good... My head is about to fall off." He said, smiling slightly. Nessie glares at Dimitri, ignoring him. Drew sagged against her, feeling useless. He couldn't feel his legs- yet he could feel the tightness of skin on them, burning hotter with every move. He attempted to say something to her, but all that came out was a low, gruteral moan; one of agony. His legs had went from feeling like they were over a fire, to feeling like they were being torched and it had reached his thighs. | |
