DON'T POST UNTIL I SAY SO! Even if you have questions. Wait. This is based off of the House of Night books, you can google the series if you haven't read them, but it's even better if you have:) I can answer any questions. Table of contents: ~Summary/Story. ~ My rules. ~Types of Vampyres/Fledglings. ~House of Night. ~Skelly. Basically, you lived a normal teen life, that is until you got Marked- and now you have a big cresant moon in the middle of your forehead. Now your going through the Change- you either make it through the 4 years, or die in the process. You'll just have to enjoy everyday like its you're last, because as far as you know, it might be. Summary: You were a human, now you're a vampyre. Humans are scared of you, and will retaliate, so you rarely leave the House. It's basically like any other highschool, except lots of things aren't what you thought before- like how some of your favorite celebrities are vampyres and you didnt even know. | |

My rules: ~No power playing. I mean, I know there are school status, but really, a nerd isn't going to take on a huge jock or something. ~At least one to two sentences PER CHARACTER. I understand writers block, so will be pretty lenient on this rule. ~I personally don't care about details, but I don't want this roleplay to turn into some pornographical freak show, so please put 'Fades to black.' when your characters have sex. ~Please, no text talk. That means you have to spell everything out. You is you, not 'u' and so on. ~Please be descriptive in your posts if possible. Like instead of "She walked down the steps and went outside. She grabbed a bagel. She then sat down." Be more descriptive like "She dashed excitedly down the stairs, bounding through the front doors. She took a deep breath of air and grabbed a bagel from a man that was selling them. Once she paid him for it, she sat on a bench and basked in the sunlight." Okay, I understand, that's alot, so they don't all have to be like that, but still:p ~No fighting in OOC. Please get along with other members.. ~ PLEASE make your charries act like you say they do in their personalities.. If your character is rude, make them rude, not all prancy and happy. ~Keep cussing to a minimum. I don't care about cussing, but others do and I have to respect everyone so try not to cuss to often^_^ ((Will add more if I need to.)) | |

Types of Vampyres/ Fledglings. Red fledgling is a fledgling whos body rejected the Change. They died and were brung back to life by dark magic. Stevie Rae is the only Red Vampyre and is helping the Red fledglings complete the Change. They experience blood lust from time to time when their temper flares and can be extremely violent. They're senses are even better than Blue fledglings, but are getting better at controlling themselves. They can also control the minds of others-typically humans. They cant go out in the light or they will burn up because they only have half of their soul, and have a built in timer that tells them when sunrise and sunset are. Also, the live in tunnels under Tulsa. They cant die unless they burn, or are beheaded. They have red cresent moon outlines that sit in between their eyebrows. Blue fledgling is a normal vampyre fledgling, they're still going through the Change. They are stronger and faster than humans and have extraordinary night vision. They are just like they were when they were human-personality wise- and stay in the dorms at the House. They can die from the Change and basically.anything else if extreme enough- though the normal is a stake through the heart. They have sapphire cresent moon outlines between their eyebrows. Blue Vampyres are fledglings that have completed the Change. They aren't to different from the fledglings besides the fact that they're Marks(cresant moons) fill in and they get tatoos that decorate their faces. ((See my characters to get the jist of what I mean.)) They get even hotter, stronger/faster, and overall better than they were before. Red Vampyre are basically just like the blue ones, except they still have the same restrictions that the fledglings do. (As in the sunlight thing, bloodlust, etc.) | |

House of Night. 
Nyx: Although Nyx is the embodiment of Night in a literal divine personification, she is actually very similar to what people typically consider the Earth Goddess, Gaia. Nyx is found everywhere, she is most powerful at night, which is why her special children have always been vampyres. Since ancient times, vampyres have honored Nyx by living in a matriarchal society where women rule, but men are honored and respected for their roles as guardians and companions. Nyx ensouls the earth – filling rocks, trees, rivers and mountains with her spirit. She is known by many names including Changing Woman, Gaea, A’akuluujjusi, Kuan Yin, Grandmother Spider and even Dawn. Often she gifts individual fledglings and vampyres with special powers. Those so gifted are also given the additional responsibility of becoming leaders among their kind such as High Priestesses or Warriors. Nyx is a benevolent Goddess. She is not jealous or vindictive, but she does not tolerate liars and her path is not always an easy one to tread. Basically, it's the Vampyre Goddess. Dark Daughters and Sons. Dark Daughters and Sons is the House of Night’s premier fledgling organization. Its members are the best and brightest of our school and set the standard for the other fledglings. The Leader of the Dark Daughters is chosen because Nyx has gifted her with extraordinary powers. This young woman is considered a High Priestess in Training and has the added responsibility of both performing monthly rituals dedicated to Nyx and leading the fledgling members in the rituals. The Leader of the Dark Daughters is mentored by the High Priestess of the House of Night, who takes special interest in her development. Membership in the Dark Daughters and Sons is by exclusive invitation only. The symbol for the Dark Daughters is the traditional symbol for the Triple Goddess: two crescent moons back-to-back against a full moon. The Leader of the Dark Daughters wears a silver pendant with the symbol, a full moon encrusted with garnets. Kind of like a student council of sorts. 'Grades' Professers wear this. The professors’ symbol is the silver embroidered image of Nyx with her arms upraised and her hands cupping a crescent moon.  Third Former.(Freshman) The third formers’ symbol is embroidered in silver in the shape of a spiral that glitters in a delicate circle. The symbol – the silver labyrinth of the Goddess Nyx – stands for a new beginning for the third formers as they walk the Path of Night and learn the ways of the Goddess.  Fourth former. (Sophmore) The golden wings of Eros are the fourth formers’ symbol. Eros – the love god – is the child of Nyx’s seed. The symbol reminds the fourth formers of Nyx’s capacity to love and also represents the students’ continuous movement forward.  Fifth Former.(Junior) The fifth former emblem represents Nyx’s golden chariot pulling a trail of stars. The chariot illustrates the fifth formers’ continuation of Nyx’s journey. The stars represent the magic of a fledgling’s first two years at the House of Night.  Sixth former. (Senior.) The sixth formers’ symbol is an embroidered silver silhouette of the three Fates, the children of Nyx. The sixth formers all wear the emblem of the Fates, the goddesses of destiny. The scissors signify the end or break of the formers’ time at the House of Night.  Rule #1: If you’ve been Marked by a Tracker, night has chosen thee. You will go through the Change and turn into a vampyre. However, if your body rejects the Change, you die. Rule #2: If you are Marked, you must leave your home and move into the House of Night school, where you will take your place as a fledgling and live for four years. Rule #3: At the House of Night School, classes begin at 8pm and end at 3am. The gym is open until dawn. Rule #4: You can never be far from an adult Vampyre for long. And it’s not like you’ll turn into a pumpkin. It’s a much bigger deal than that. You will die. Rule #5: You may have contact with humans, but not to often. It is risky, and it is more than likely they will try to kill you. Rule #6: If one of the cats at the school chooses you, you will belong to him or her. Not the other way around. Rule #7: Every High Priestess is given an affinity, or special powers, by the Goddess. Rule #8: If you ever leave school grounds, you cannot wear any part of your uniform (which is primarily basic black) and must conceal all tattoo markings. Rule #9: Here at the House of Night school, there are no lockers. You will have cabinets in your homeroom. If someone steals something, the vamps will know it. As will Nyx. | |

Crush: Erik. Bf/Gf: Erik Personality: Zoey is kind of quiet, and usually keeps to her 'nerd herd'-Shaunee, Erin, Damien, and Jack. She is a nice person and sticks up for others as much as she can. She will voice her opinion, and isn't afraid to. Affinity/Power: Air,Fire, Water, and Spirit. Looks:  Other: Zoey has lace-like markings on her face, shoulders, back, waist, hands, and chest, as she surpasses each obstacle, that set her apart from normal vampyres who are usually Marked only on the face. She is also the leader of the Dark Daughters. Her eyes are a dark green color and she has a darker tint to her skin, making her look like she has a tan, all the time.
