Dear, Journal (A month ago.) Today will be different, it has to be. I will smile and it will be believable. My smile will say 'I'm fine.' I will no longer be the sad little girl that lost her parents. I will start fresh, be brave and overly confident. Then again, how can you be brave when you saw your parents dead? Blood was everywhere and I know that I'll never be able to get those terrifying images out of my head. I-
Her hand writing was cut off and she remembered a vampire coming into her house and taking her here. The memory sent chills down her spine and a tear fell from her face. She closed the book, not wanting to read her own journal anymore. | |

He looked at Sutton, blinking a few times. Sutton didn't seem like the kind of person who would have a journal. | |

Nicholas: He noticed how she had actually said his name, not a nickname like 'Nick'. He nodded. "I'll try my best to not let my curiosity get a hold of me," he said, looking at the pillow. He then looked back at Sutton. "You're serious, aren't you? Dead serious. I can tell." Corvina: She followed Jason back into the room. "I'm an exceptionally good finder," she said with confidence. | |
