Corvina: "I'm... I'm so sorry to hear that," Corvina said quietly, almost a whisper. She sounded as if she truly meant it. "I... I mean, that's why I don't want to leave. I don't want my family to get hurt..." She looked up, hearing a noise. Nicholas: He had walked into the room, his eyes narrowed. "So, you tried to run," he said, his smooth voice rolling like a river. "How pitiful." He then grinned, as if he were gambling, and he was winning. "You two just don't understand... You're trapped. Just like dogs in a pound." He walked over, then his eyes moved over to Corvina, scanning the shaking girl up and down. "So," he asked the scared one, "who's your master?" Corvina: The girl was frozen in terror. She stuttered for a little while, glancing at the ground in fear. She didn't want to answer this man, this man who intimidated her so much. She was so afraid, so scared... She wished a giant black hole would open up underneath her and suck her out of this place, out of this prison... Out of this 'dog pound'. | |

Sutton Her girly side left as soon as he entered the room. She protectively stood infront of Corvina. "Go." She whispered to Corvina, signaling her to the door. She glared at Nick. "What's up, Nick?" She asked curiously, tilting her head to the side. | |

Nicholas: He clenched his teeth at the sound of the nickname. He tried his best to ignore the name that sounded like nails against chalkboard to his ears. The Vampire looked at Jason with narrowed eyes. "Hm. Well, I would recommend keeping a tighter leash on your dog, Jason," he said with a cold, heartless voice. "I mean, who knows what these pitiful humans would do when they're not in our eyesight?" He spoke as if Corvina and Sutton were pets, like the bunnies and kittens you would see in a pet shop. The animals that have been in the shop for much too long. Corvina: She looked at Jason and Sutton, thinking about how.. Brave they were. A wave of guilt came over her like an ocean. She had been cowering, while everybody else who was trapped in this place was acting brave. How... Pathetic of Corvina. | |

Nicholas: "She may have been a human, but she was just another weak one," he said with a small glare. "Sure, I may be part human, but that doesn't mean that humans are still weak and pitiful." He looked at Jason up and down. "You may be a vampire, but your personality is like a human's. You're much too... Soft. You disgust me."
