Nicholas: "If you were a dog, I'd leave you out on the street," he retorted. He then let out a sigh. "I still hate dogs." He smiled a little bit and continued to pet the mother cat. | |

Nicholas: "Whatever," he said with a small chuckle. He then realize he had a warm, kind of fuzzy feeling inside of him. Wait a second, what? A warm fuzzy feeling? Nicholas threw the thought of the fuzzy feeling away. He'd never fallen in love before, so why on earth would he be in love with Riley? She got angry so easily, she's a dog-lover. With a small sigh, Nicholas tossed all of the thoughts out of his mind. | |

Nicholas: He raised an eyebrow. "Hey, who said an old cat lady or something wouldn't pick me up?" he said with a grin. "And before you find a loving home, you'd have to live in the streets for a while. Cats can survive better on their own than dogs can. Since there are more dogs in homes than there are cats." | |
