Nicholas: The lanky teen sat down on the bed in his dorm, his violin in its case on his lap. He let out a sigh, still taking all of this in. Apparently, this was a school for smart people. Alright, got that down. He had gone from living in a street-fighting city to attending this school? Still not believing that part. Perhaps this was all a dream. Nicholas pinched himself, only to wince in pain. Fun, fun, fun. Well, he might as well look around this place, it wouldn't do himself any good to attend this school without knowing at all what it was like. Standing up and slinging his violin over his shoulder like most guitarists do with their guitars, he walked out of the room and closed the door. He began to walk in a random direction, not really caring where he went. Corvina: The teen looked around her room, excited. It was a cute room, exactly her style. How fun! This school seemed so nice, so wonderful. So fantastic! She picked up a notebook and a pen, in a literate mood. Perhaps she would be inspired to write something if she walked around for a while? That seemed good. She walked outside of her dorm room, a smile on her face. This school year was going to be great. A new school seemed fun! Exciting! Adventurous. As she walked, Corvina couldn't help but wonder if there were any cute guys attending this school. | |

Nicholas: As he looked around, he got an excellent look of what the campus looked like. It looked like one of those schools you would find in a book, or possibly a TV show. How boring. He made a small clicking noise of disproval with his tongue as he walked, hands shoved in pockets and body slightly hunched over. Nicholas always had poor posture, even when he was younger. The only time he actually stood up straight was when he played the violin. But he didn't dare let anybody see that. "Ah, what a boring school," he let out a sigh, talking to himself. "Oh well. There are people here, people I haven't met, and..." His voice trailed into a small whisper to himself as he stopped walking and a smile appeared on his face. "More people to annoy." He chuckled to himself, striding forward once again. This might be a pretty nice school after all. Who knows? He might even get his first crush here. Which he highly doubted. After a few more minutes of walking about, Nicholas stopped in his tracks. "Alright, now I'm bored," he mumbled to himself. He hated just walking around, not doing anything. "Maybe I can..." His voice trailed off as he walked on to find a place where he could play the violin in peace. Corvina: She half-walked-half-skipped along campus, a smile on her face and a hum in her mouth. She was feeling extremely happy, for who-knows-what-reason. "What a fantastic day for a fantastic first day at school," she marveled to herself, spinning around happily in a circle. She stopped spinning when the perfect idea for a poem came to her head. Quickly, she simply plopped down on the ground with her notebook on her lap. She quickly wrote with her pen, ideas flowing through her head like a cow in a tornado. (( Gah, Corvina's post-thingy is so pitiful... Sorry 'bout that. )) | |
