Claire:Yes...Very. She was happy she was finally getting into a conversation but shushed down as if to hide the excitment. She watched the two silently.

Ciel: He raised an eyebrow, looking at Claire. She seemed rather excited. "You don't talk to butlers like us in a conversation like this very often, do you?" He blinked a few times, looking at her. 

Nicholas: "You do seem rather excited," he commented, before hastily adding, "I'm not judging you or trying to kick you out of the conversation, I'm just making a simple statement." 

Claire:Oh no...I am usually avoided and kicked down in conversations with butlers. So I am finally glad for once to get to talk to you guys. She stated somewhat embarresed.

Ciel: He smiled at Tessa, a true smile, a smile that wasn't fake for once. "Well, then, good for you," he said. 

Nicholas: "That explains it," he nodded, also smiling. 

Claire:She was studying the floor for a couple of seconds and then looked back up at the two. She nodded with a mere smile. Yes....I guess it does explain it all.....

Ciel: "Alright, then... New topic," he said nonchalantly. "Ah... What is the best on a winter day: Hot chocolate, or hot tea?" He paused, then said, "I for one think that hot chocolate is best." 

Nicholas: He shook his head. "No, tea is better. It's healthier than hot chocolate, and it doesn't taste so... Chocolatey." He wasn't a huge fan of chocolate, he almost despised the taste of chocolate. 

Claire:Well. You see I was raised around hot tea and wine growing up. And in the winter we had warm apple cider. I have never really tried this "hot choclate" but I have heard many things about it. I must say I favor tea simply because of the fact that I have tried no other.

Nicholas: A playful grin grew over his face. "Ha!" he exclaimed, but quietly enough so he wouldn't create an awkward scene in the room. "See? Two beats one, so hot tea is better." 

Ciel: He ignored Nicholas, and looked at Claire. "Ah, I've tried only a few sips of hot chocolate when I was a child, and needless to say, I loved it. It was wintertime, and it me up immediately, so it was very nice." 

Claire:Oh. She nodded quietly. She watched the two. They seemed so niave. Especially the other butler she thought. Her glance went back from one to the other a warm smile on her face. She let it slowly fade away.

Nicholas: "Alright, then, ah... Which is more annoying: Guests using the wrong fork for the wrong course of a meal, or guests getting their muddy shoes all over new carpets?" 

Ciel: "Muddy shoes all over new carpets," he replied quickly. "I'd much rather have to have people use the wrong forks than have to clean up dirt and mud from carpets." He glanced at Claire. "Your opinion?"

Claire:Well while the mud annoys me very much......I guess I would have to say  using the wrong forks for the wrong course. I mean if you are invited over you should at least know which fork you use for which course. Like the soup spoon. We have certian forks and such for a reason you know?

Nicholas: "I agree with her," he nodded. "It's really annoying when guests do that." He grinned at Claire. "Looks like we have several things in common." 

Ciel: He thought of another thing to talk about, but nothing popped up in his head. He continued to think, looking up at the ceiling. 

Claire:Yes it seems so does it not? She questioned and nodded once.

Nicholas: He looked up, hearing somebody call his name, and turned to the two. "I have to go, my Madame is calling me. Goodbye!" He walked away swiftly, over to his Mistress. 

Ciel: "Alright, bye," he said to Nicholas, then sighed, and looked at the ceiling again. 

Claire:She looked toward Ciel then watched the dancers again.

Ciel: He looked over at Claire, then looked back at the ceiling. Awkward silence. 

Claire:She pondered in thought about how much practice they had to use to get that good. It must be alot she thought watching how elegantly the moves where made.
Cassidy:Oh dearest I just love the scenery in here. Don't you? It looks so old-fashion. I am thinking about remodeling my mansion to look old-fashion.
Claire:But all could not overhear what her mistress was talking about. She quietly sighed. It seemed her mistress could never get tired of re-modeling the mansion. And to think she had just put the giant Christmas tree up and all of the millions of decorations up.

Corvina: She smiled. "I do love how this place looks," she agreed. "And your mansion would look fabulous old-fashioned! I'm thinking about remodeling my own mansion, maybe going for an early Victorian period look."

Cassidy:Oh that is splendid! She clasped her own hands together. Just absolutly amazing! It would look wonderful in your mansion. And I think the time period suits your style dearest.

Corvina: She smiled at Cassidy. "Why, thank you. Of course, it will take some time, but I'm sure it'll turn out to be alright."
