Tessa:Finally she had cleaned the whole bottom half of the floor and was now dusting off cabinets and such. Glaring at the floor she stayed silent until a teacher passed and began to mutter to herself, students stared at her as they went to their next class. Arms sore from work she sat down in a chair and waited as the teacher came to her, instead of her going to the teacher. Soon though the educational advisor was on a war path and began a lengthy rant. Now Tessa, was a good student and listener but she just tuned everything out at the moment, not being a happy camper she merely nodded and shook her head.

Ciel:

He looked at Ryou. "I'm a bit thirsty... Mind getting me a drink from the vending machine in the cafeteria?" When his brother nodded and left, Ciel waited for a few seconds before standing up (with much pain and effort). He quickly pulled out his cell phone, amazed that it was still in mint condition, and quickly texted his cousin, who was a lawyer: Get over to my school. Now.

Ciel dashed out of the nurse's office, then quickly spotted the room in which Tessa was receiving a lecture in. He ignored the teacher's yells and looked at Tessa. "Tessa, I am so sorry," he apologized, looking at her. "I'm so sorry I got you wrapped up in this entire mess. I'm so sorry..." He dodged out of the way as some teachers walked into the room and tried to grab him. Then came Mr. Waters. 

Waters:

"Ah, Ciel," he said, a frown upon his lips. "I'm sorry, but I'll have to expel you from this school." 

Cheese, don't forget about high school

Tessa:Standing up she watched Ciel, worried. Why was he doing this? Glancing out the window she saw a car pull up and glanced at Ciel with a mere smile to lighten things up a bit. Well I know I am going to regret this later. Tessa stated with a whisper as his cousin entered the room. Taking a seat she acted clearly amused, by sitting down in a chair not paying attention to her name being called several times. Like she even cared now though.

Ciel:

He smiled as his cousin walked in, nodding as a greeting to him. He smiled at Waters and let his cousin, Felix, do all the talking.

Felix:

"Mr. Waters, pleasure to meet you," he said with a smile. He was very charismatic, as he was strikingly handsome. His hair was a bluish black, like Ciel and Ryou's, and his eyes were of a deep green. He stuck out his hand for shaking. "My name is Felix Michaellis, cousin and lawyer of Ciel Michaellis. Please note that Tessa Onozuko (... I forgot her last name.) has nothing to do with this, and thus consequences shall not be laid on her if my side of the case is unsuccessful." He walked around the room, eyeing everybody in a way that would make anybody want to do what he says. "Now, please note that keeping two people apart is rather... Inhumane. Yes, well, I have the power to get this... Inhumanity on television and known everywhere." He looked at Dean Waters, narrowing his eyes. "That means that everybody will know about you, Mr. Waters, and that would ruin your... Quite fine reputation as a teacher." He scoffed, then said, "Oh, but what does it matter? After all, you just expelled my cousin..." 

Waters:

"Hmph. That is not enough to convince me. Please, Felix, come with me into my office, and we shall discuss matters here. There is nothing these children-" He jerked his head at Ciel and Tessa. "- should hear." He glared at Ciel, Tessa, and the teachers, in a way that told them to stay put. He left the room with Felix. 

Ciel:

"Everything is going to be alright," he whispered, mostly to himself, but partly to Tessa. "After all, Felix has never lost a case." 

(Onozuka. XD You were very close though.)
Tessa:Yet. She stated firmly but then broke an icy glance with a soft smile, in an attempt to lighten the mood. Though it didn't work from what she could tell as she stiffeled a yawn and stretched out. I am already starting to regret this though, Ciel. All of this is going on our cards, and colleges might not accept us now.

(Onozuka. XD You were very close though.)

Ciel:

"Like I said, this has all me to do with it. You were just... ... Well, you just happened to be involved. Trust me, you'll be fine getting into college." He leaned in to her and whispered, "I got Felix to say that I told you to do all of this. Your record is clean." He went back to standing straight and let out a small sigh. "I'm so sorry I got you wrapped into this... ... It's all my fault." 

Tessa:No! Saying this louder than she expected she grabbed his shoulders turning him towards her. Ciel Michaellis...What have you done...That isn't right, at all. You shouldn't have blamed all of it on you. That student was at fault for it all and you were only standing up for Saki...I don't think anything that happened was your fault...It was at the fault of the others. And no one can blame you for standing up for that poor girl! Someone needed to. Sighing she let off of her tense grip and stared out of the window trying to get her thoughts together.

Ciel:

He shrugged his shoulders after Tessa let go. "I'm fine with it," he said. "My record was already stained, anyway, from lots of things. As long as I do well in school and SATs, then I'll be able to get in at least a decent college." He glanced at Tessa. "Besides, I don't want to get the jocks in trouble. That'll just sink me down even further." He let out a long, deep breath. "As long as you're okay, and your record is clean, I'm okay." He winced as he heard a loud crashing noise coming from Dean Water's office, followed by the shouts of his cousin trying to reason with the man. 

Yura:Sighing she gave up and glanced over at him. Ciel, you don't understand do you? I am not going to be okay unless you are okay. You are my everything my whole world, the last thing I have left. If you are sad, I am sad. When you are hurt and angry I am. When you are happy I am going to be happy. I would give up anything...as long as you will stay my everything. So d-...Cringing back from the sudden shouts she dropped the coversation and stared at the floor quietly.

(( YOU'RE ALIVEEEEEEEE. )) 

Ciel:

"Tessa... ... I love you." He pulled her into a kiss, which was then interrupted as Felix walked into the room, a large cut on his cheek. 

"I'd hate to break up you guys sucking on each other's faces," Felix rolled his eyes, "but I'm here to tell you that you two can be together again." He then glared at Ciel. "You never told me he'd throw small potted plants at me." He shook his head. "Anyway, I'm going. Have fun, little cousin." He ruffled Ciel's hair before leaving. 

Ciel had pulled away from Tessa the moment his cousin walked in. He felt speechlessly happy, he just began to laugh a bit. 

(XD Yeah. ^_^ Hopsital has been busy and I am on call twenty four seven. ^^' So...How are you? X3)
Tessa:She glanced at Ciel then at his cousin and dashed over towards him. She clutched his sleeve to merely stop him and merely smiled, she had no idea what she had just done and tried to cover it up. Th-thank you! Quickly bowing she managed a weak grin. If there is anything you need, ever. I would be glad to assist. Soon enough she had darted back into the school and swallowed Ciel in a giant hug.

Felix:

"Haha, no problem, Miss," he said with a smile, then watched her leave. 

Ciel:

He hugged her back. "Oh my God, Tessa... ... I'm so happy right now. I just can't explain it." He couldn't contain his smile.

Felix:

"Haha, no problem, Miss," he said with a smile, then watched her leave. 

Ciel:

He hugged her back. "Oh my God, Tessa... ... I'm so happy right now. I just can't explain it." He couldn't contain his smile.

Tessa:You are happy???? You have no idea! She stated with a slight giggle. Saki leaned on the door frame with a smile plastered on her face, before Tessa saw her though she trotted off. Tessa glanced toward the door thinking she saw someone but shrugged it off turning back to Ciel. Your cousin is a miracle...I honestly don't know how he does it...

(( Two pints? ._. That doesn't sound fun. )) 

Ciel:

"My cousin... ... Well, he's very persistent. He tends to use things you do and say against you. He also likes to threaten people." He shrugged his shoulders and smiled. "But hey, I don't care what he did to Mr. Waters, but I'm glad he did it." He let out a small laugh. 

(Not at all, but it's all to save a life I guess. ^_^)
Tessa:Yeah, same here. She smiled but guilt suddenly hit her. I am regretting this now, I mean I am happy all of this happened and I am sure Mr. Waters deserved it and all but I feel a little wrong for doing this to him, after all he is human. Stuck between being nice and letting the teacher get what he deserved she pondered, but over looked that. Well that is for another day, I am just glad I got you back. 
Loco:Back. Happy. Flying over he perched a top of Ciels head like always and squaked looking for seeds.
Tessa:Sorry, Loco...I have no more seeds.
Loco:...No...Seeds...The bird, panic stricken started squaking and ruffeling his feathers.
Tessa:Backing up slowly she grabbed Ciels hand dragging him with her and outside. Guess I better buy him some more sunflower seeds before he kills me.

(( I gotta go, sorry. You're a good person, Maddie! ^-^ Bye bye! ))

Ciel:

"Don't worry about Mr. Waters, he'll be fine. He'll just be in shock for a while." He then blinked and tried to look at Loco when the bird was on his head, then let out a small "Ah!" of surprise when Tessa grabbed him. He laughed a bit. "I think he'd really appreciate it if you bought more sunflower seeds."
