(Oh dear...I despise when you want everyone to hear something, but it is to quiet so you have to turn the speakers up....You forget about it and then plug your headphones in to listen to a song and it is so loud. o.o)
Izaya:First of all...I'm an informant...I know everything. He stated with sly smile and leaned against the tree. Eying the boy he glanced to the side. And you can bag on my age all you want to when I am actually just twenty-three. With a yawn he watched Ciel, un-impressed and it was fair to say that Ciel wasn't a fun little toy of his because of his reactions. As interesting as you may be I must get going. The informant stated as he walked off holding one hand up in the air as if he was attempting to wave a goodbye but only backwards.

Ciel:

"Informant. Huh. I wonder if he puts up cameras in peoples' bathrooms to gain information." He shuddered at the thought, then let out a grunt of pain as his legs became loose on the branch and he fell on his back. He let out a small 'Oof', then sat up, brushing some grass and leaves out of his hair. He still didn't like Izaya. Not one bit. 

Saki:Later that day she was found laying on her bed and staring at her ceiling as Tessa put down the groceries. Saki just didn't seem the same and Tessa waved a Starbucks cup over Saki's head as she slipped it into her hands. Glancing at the slowly, but surely melting cream she took a sip but didn't even bother to smile only nodded a 'Thank you' and glanced out the window.
Tessa:Shrugging off the while trench coat she frowned watching her room mate, and best friend who was always happy, no matter what sit there and not speak a word and barely move. Taking a sip from her own cup she set it down on the table and slumped into an over stuffed chair as she fiddeled with a strand of strand of stray hair.

Ciel:

He felt a bit angry at himself, for getting into so much trouble. He finally went back to his room, and found an idea. He picked up Fluke, and wrote a letter on a piece of paper, which clearly read: "We have to do something about this." He tied it to Fluke's collar, then whispered to Fluke to go to Tessa. Somehow, the feline understood, and sat down outside of Tessa and Saki's dorm, meow-ing loudly.

Tessa:Glancing at the door she opened it and picked up Fluke and kneeled down spotting the paper she took it off and read it. Nodding quietly she grabbed a pen and wrote- "Yeah I agree...I made it worse though I fear." Tying it back she nodded toward Fluke and glanced out of the door to make sure no one saw and set him down, and shut her door leaving a small opening for him to come back.

Ciel:

He was sitting outside of his dorm, and received the note. After reading it, he let out a small sigh, knowing Tessa had tried to confront Waters about the situation. He then scribbled on another piece of paper: "Surely there must be something we can do about it... I mean, he can't keep two people away from each other, then expel one for going close to the other." He tied it to Fluke's collar, and told the feline to go back to Tessa. The cat refused at first, but after bribing him with a treat, Fluke finally dashed back to Tessa and Saki's dorm, slithering in through the crack in the doorway. He leaped up on Tessa's bed and rolled around, purring contently. 

Tessa:Taking the note she rubbed Flukes ears and read over the note. Laying it on her bedside table she wrote down: "I agree...It isn't right. I don't even think it is legal to do that." Tying it to the collar she picked up Fluke and gave him a small piece of tuna, glancing out the door she released him and sat back down on her bed.

Ciel:

Fluke ate the piece of tuna happily and ran back to Ciel. Ciel read over the note, then scribbled quickly: "There must be some kind of loophole to what he said. My cousin is a lawyer, maybe he could get us out of this? Suing sounds like a fun idea right now." He tied it to Fluke's collar, patted the feline affectionately, then sent him on his way. 

Tessa:With a mere smile she held back the laughter and wrote: "I agree. Right now I seem up for it...I might regret it later though." Rooling up the paper she tied it back and looked out the door. Mr. Waters passed and she pressed herself up against the wall hiding Fluke managing a frown as if she was still sad. He stopped to glance at her but then continued to walk down the hall. Quickly she let him go but not before she slipped a small kiss on his forehead.

Ciel:

When Fluke came back, he read the message, and a small laugh escaped his lips. He then scribbled: "Oh don't worry, then. I can take care of suing, and you can take care of being beautiful. That shouldn't be too hard for you." He stroked his fingers through Fluke's silky fur, looking at the 'musical note' on him. He remembered that Christmas, when he felt so horribly embarrassed about his gift to Tessa, and he had gotten a cat and a car. Chuckling to himself, he let Fluke run to Tessa's dorm. 

Tessa:Biting her lip she managed a nod and grabbed a new piece of notebook paper and replied: "Sounds like a deal? We will get Waters yet, despite that sounding so naive." Shaking her head she tied it back to Fluke and glanced outside all super spy like before letting him go.

Ciel:

He nodded to himself, reading the note. Deciding he should get started on his homework, he called Fluke into his dorm and sat down at his desk. He opened up his World History notebook and textbook, quickly doing the problems in the book about who did what, when, and where. 

Tessa:After a few minutes of no reply she glanced at her notebook and took out several sheets of paper and opened her math book first. Working through the problems which took her about seven minutes a piece she sighed finally finished and laid it on the floor taking out the next text book. World History, staring at the cover in almost a glare she shrugged it off and started glancing over the pages.

Ciel:

After doing his perfectly-done and neat World History homework, he started on Mathematics. He stared at the problems first, then finally picked up his pencil to do them. Finally, in the middle of doing it, he glanced at a watch on his wrist and saw it was time for detention. With a small sigh, he put his things away, and began to trudge to the Math classroom. 

Tessa:Glaring at the book it looked like she expected it to give her answers as she continued to write down the lengthy answers. Tiredly she finished and laid down her books and trudged over to Saki. Pushing her lightly she tried to wake her up. Finally getting a response she stood up. You might want to start on your homework.
Saki:I did it in class. She said quietly and rolled back over to the window yet again.

Ciel:

After spending three hours in detention writing the same sentence over and over and over again, he was allowed to go back to his dorm. Quickly, he finished up his homework and glanced at the clock. 10:13 PM. With a small yawn, he changed into more comfortable clothes and fell onto bed, Fluke curling up right next to him. 

Tessa:Waking up early the next morning she glanced at the day. Only Wendsday. Annoyed she walked over to her dresser picking out her suit and trudged to the showers. Saiki skipped school that whole entire day so Tessa was a bit worried and surprised at what had gotton over her room mate. Saiki never acted like this even on her worst days she still wore a smile.

Ciel:

He woke up, very very tired, then grabbed his uniform and laid it next to the shower he was going to use. He made sure the shower was extremely hot before going in, and let out a sigh of relief at the feeling of water against his skin. When he came out of the showers, he noticed something. His shirt was gone. He quickly dried his body except for his hair and dressed into his pants and shoes, but the top half of his uniform was completely gone. He was a bit surprised- but also a bit worried. He couldn't walk around campus practically half-naked. I mean, sure, it was sort of okay because he was a guy, but he didn't quite have a six-pack. His stomach wasn't a belly, but it didn't have much muscle, possibly simply the hint of a four-pack. Frowning, he turned his head, and saw the two jocks who he had poured his drink over the other day. One held his shirt, the other a video camera that was recording. Ciel let out a sigh. "Look, just give my shirt," Ciel tried to reason. 

"Then you'll have to get it from us," one of the jocks said, as the two quickly ran from the showers, one of them running backwards so he could film Ciel. Ciel hesitated, but he needed that shirt. He ran as fast as he could after them. People turned heads as the three ran through the hallways, some girls quickly whispering excitedly. It seemed as if Ciel had run through the entire campus, chasing the guys, when he felt a certain feeling in his chest. His running slowed to a stop, and he found that it was difficult to breathe. He gasped for air, trying to get oxygen into his lungs, but his body wouldn't take it. Collapsing onto his knees, Ciel's breathing became quick, only getting small spurts of oxygen at a time. It was becoming more and more difficult to breathe. 

"Dude, stop joking around," one jock said, then turned to the other. "Dylan, do something to get him to stop his act." 

The jock named Dylan quickly sent a powerful kick into Ciel's side, which didn't help the musician at all. He couldn't breathe whatsoever. He tried to give the jocks signs that he wasn't joking. Looking around as his vision turned blurry, people were staring at him, but doing nothing. Dylan sent another stinging kick into Ciel's side, until finally, the two jocks were kicking him all over, at the same time, the video camera still recording everything. 

Tessa:She smoothed out her skirt and walked out. Her heart suddenly stopped as she watched Ciel on the ground. She could care less if Mr. Waters saw her, she would be happy to get expelled if it meant it and dashed over trying to pull the two away. It didn't work and she quickly shielded Ciel from the blows. Sa...Ki! The name came out broken like as she took in a silent breath of recovery from a blow.
Saki:Un-willingfully she walked downstairs and grabbed the two jocks arms pleading quietly. Finally the- 'Anything you want' worked and the two stopped but didn't give back the shirt nor stopped recording. She walked back to her room aimlessly not speaking another word.
Tessa:Sitting up she helped up Ciel and glanced around. With a mere frown she was dragged back by a teacher before she could do anything else and scolded. Following the teacher she looked as she passed the office. Kind of confused she looked at the teacher who did not look happy at all and pointed to a closet shoving supplies into her. "Now I want this place spotless before the school day ends then meet me in my office." Standing there dumb-founded she blinked twice glancing at the supplies she watched several students help Ciel and glanced around at the fairly big school. Ruffling her hair she kneeled down on the floor and started to clean.

Ciel:

His vision turned black as students crowded around him to help, and the only thing he felt was an emergency inhaler being forced into his mouth, a puff of the inhalant being breathed into his body. He was able to breathe normally. After about an hour, he woke up in the nurse's office. He blinked a few times, then sat up, only to find Ryou sitting by the bed. Sitting up hurt Ciel, from the bruises scattered on his sides, and he ended up kneeling on his elbows behind him. "R... Ryou? Where's Tessa?" 

Ryou:

"I'm not sure," he said, shrugging one shoulder. "After I got here, I saw a crowd of students around you. After some questioning, they told me that she was pulled away by a teacher and reprimanded." He let out a small sigh. "Honestly. You keep on getting yourself into trouble. That's so not how you get the girls." He let out a smirk. 

Ciel:

He rolled his eyes. "Whatever. I need to talk to Tessa." When he attempted to sit up again, pain shot through his sides, and he went back into a lying-down position. "Where's the school nurse?" 

"She left to take care of some kid who vomited. But she told me to stay here and tell you not to go anywhere." Ryou looked at Ciel. "So don't even try leaving."
