(XD Shizu~kun moment, much? X3)
Saki:She giggled in mid-bite and set down the plastic fork shaking her head. Oh come on, Ciel! ^_^ Well the proper term would be to come off of it but...Pondering this she stared blankly at plate with a slight frown trying to figure out how that would be put. She shrugged it off and took a bite out of her food. Two of the schools jocks sat down Saki inbetween, she grew very quiet and looked down at her food not even daring to look up as they carried on a casual conversation between the group of three.

Ciel:

He looked at the jocks, then noticed how quiet Saki grew. Did the jocks... Intimidate her, somehow? He looked from the two jocks to Saki, then over to Tessa. As he took a sip of his smoothie, he gave Tessa a questioning look, as if to say, 'Is there something up with them'. The jocks gave off a vibe that told Ciel those two weren't people he'd like. 

Tessa:She casually slid over next to Ciel grasping his arm lightly she leaned in to whisper. They have been bothering her ever since we were little...She went out with one of their best friends and then about after a year they broke up...I think they are either trying to get revenge or my thoughts are they like her...I mean Saki isn't the worst looking at all. She has the most natural beauty I have seen in a girl, you know.
Saki:Letting out a quiet sigh she took a small sip of her drink and felt an arm around her waist. Wiggling out of the grip she took another bite of her salad and glanced up and over and Ciel and Tessa somewhat curious.

Ciel:

He watched the two jocks, and noticed how uncomfortable and unhappy Saki looked. WIth a small sigh, he knew he should do something. "Oh, well, I'm going to get myself in some trouble again," he mumbled, partly to himself, partly to Tessa. He knew simple talking wouldn't do a thing. Ciel stood up, holding his smoothie in one hand. He walked over behind the two jocks and poured half of his smoothie on the head one, then the other half on the other. In a calm voice and with a smile, he said, "I'm sorry, but we can hold a casual conversation without your services. Would you mind leaving this table?" 

Saki:Her eyes were big and wide as she darted over to Ciel pulling him away quickly as the two jocks stomped away. Hugging him from behind she held her frown and shook her head. Well thanks? ^_^' You know you didn't have to do that. She said releasing him from the hug and stood on her tip-toes to pat his head and took a seat by Tessa yet again pretending she was a dinosuar.
Tessa:Gave an approving smile/nod toward Ciel.

Ciel:

He let out a small sigh, ruffling his dark hair. "I'm going to get in trouble, I just know it." He looked up, seeing a teacher. "Oh, look, trouble found me already." The teacher gave him a glare, and motioned for Ciel to follow her. Ciel looked at Tessa and Saki. "Well, goodbye, cruel world. I'll miss you, my half-eaten lunch." He followed the teacher, into the Dean's office. 

Tessa:Sighing she faintly smiled as if to wish him luck and took off her necklace and ran over slipping it in his hand she put a finger to her lips as if to tell him to keep quiet about it. For luck...Tessa stated with a mere nod as she backed away from the office and darted back outside to put his tray up and sat back down next to Saki who eyed her quietly. She lightly smiled shaking her head. I know, I know. I trust him with it though...I have lost it twice, and twice he has helped me find it. 

Ciel:

He sat down in a chair in front of the large, intimidating desk that belonged to the Dean. He held Tessa's necklace in his right hand, rather tightly, as he was worried. Already he had gotten detention and now he was sitting in the Dean's office. Ciel knew he just stained his goody-two-shoes reputation. He looked up at the tall, scary Dean. "Good afternoon, sir." 

Dean Waters slammed his hand down on the desk. "You get detention for a childish note, and now you pour smoothies over two of the best football players?! They can't play football well if they're unhappy!" He made a growling noise with his throat, glaring at Ciel. Calming down a little, he turned to face the window on his side of  the desk, watching students outside run about, enjoying their lunch period. "What do you do, boy?" 

Ciel tipped his head lightly to the side. "Pardon?" 

The Dean was not amused, and repeated his question, fiercer and louder. "You know, what is your favorite hobby?" 

Ciel blinked. Where did this question come from? "I, uh, I play the violin, sir." 

"You have your own violin?"

"Yes, sir." 

"Is it in your dorm?"

"Yes, sir."

  The Dean turned around, then looked at Ciel. "Alright. I'll send one of the supervisors to go to your dorm, and take your violin. You're suspended from it for two months."

  "Wait, what?" Ciel asked, his eyes wide with shock. He'd expected something else, something more extravagant. "You mean, you're just taking my violin away?" Sure, he was angry that he wouldn't be able to play the violin, but it wasn't as horrible as he imagined.

"Oh, let's make this harsher, then. You're dating Tessa Onozuka, correct?" the Dean hissed, eyeing the necklace in Ciel's hand. "You're also suspended from her. You are only allowed no less than three yards away from her and you cannot speak to her or look at her for more than ten seconds when you two find yourselves together. I will have adults watching you carefully. Now get out of my office!" Ciel opened his mouth, trying to say something back, but he was shoved out the door by a supervisor. He leaned against the wall outside of the office, knowing he'd done something terrible. As he walked back to lunch, he walked over to Saki, and planted the necklace in one of her hands. "Give this back to Tessa for me, and tell her I say 'Thank you'," he mumbled, before storming off to find someplace quiet to sit down and de-stress in. 

Saki:...Oh dear...She let out a quiet sigh and ran her hands over the gold chain glancing at a worried Tessa who was pacing back and forth. Tess...She quietly walks over and dropped the necklace in her hands. He said thanks? Giving a questioning look she frowned as Tessa grew ever more silent now understanding the situation.
Tessa:Well I can see what I can do...Sighing she glanced at her cell phone and looked up at the sky shaking her head. Be with me....She mumbled as she walked into the office not to 'I know I have the power to turn this around so you get busy.' Kind of attitude but it wasn't one to be messed with. Her glance was firm as she stood by the door not even bothering to waste her time to sit down. 

Dean Waters:

He looked at Tessa, a glint of surprise in his eyes. "Oh, I was just talking to your... Boyfriend," he said, a smirk on his face. "So, I'm assuming you're here to talk to me about your dear little love." He played with an ant on his desk, rolling it around on his fingers, not allowing it to leave his sight. "Did he talk to you? I'm afraid I'll have to... Expel him, if he did." 

Tessa:No not all. She said with a little more anger than she had intended  her hands now, planted firmly on the desk. Mother wouldn't approve. Tessa stated with a blank stare. And honestly I don't think this is a suitable punishment at all! She lowered her voice apologizing, as she took a step back. You can't keep two people apart. It isn't right.
(I just realized....This is like...A Romeo and Juliet scene. XD And I love the whole accent thing!!!!!)

(( Baha, I was kind of aiming for the "Romeo and Juliet" theme. ))

Dean Waters:

"Your mother is dead now, Tessa," he said with a cold tone. "And I'm in charge of the discipline at this school." He looked at Tessa, then smiled as a teacher walked in with Ciel's violin in its case, then set it on the Dean's desk, quickly running outside of the room afterwards. The Dean grinned at Tessa, now going through Ciel's violin case, opening it up and playing with the strings on the bow, in a way that Ciel would obviously hate. "Of course keeping two people apart is right. And it's only for a mere two months. Or... Let's make it two years, since you've decided to rebel." 

(Oh...Well at least I get it. XD)
Tessa:...With a sudden burst of anger and saddness she quickly turned off and darted to her room and laid on her bed. Figuring it seemed like a Romeo and Juliet name she locked her door and took out a big, white, sketchbook and grabbed a red marker and wrote: Romeo, Where art thou Romeo?

Dean Waters:

He smiled to himself, then smirked as Tessa left, as he continued to go through Ciel's violin and things. 

Ryou:

He had come onto the campus to talk to Ciel, but found his little brother in a tree, lying down, looking troubled. Thinking it had something to do with Tessa, he walked to her dorm, after learning where it was from asking a few students. He knocked on the door, leaning against the hallway for her to open it. Growing impatient as he waited, he pulled out a small knife from his pocket and picked the lock. He slammed the door open. "Alright, Tessa Onozuka, whatever your last name is, what the heck did you do to my brother? Did you break his heart or something? He looks unhappy, and he's not even playing his stupid violin." 

Tessa:Letting out a small scream she let the covers fly above her head and cowered in them a few hot tears hit the bedsheets as she glanced at Ryou, scared and confused. W...what do...Do you mean...I didn't...Do anything to..Him...Mr....Waters did. She was on the verge of tears and batted them away.
Saki:...She stood behind Ryou and gave him a good hit-upside the head. Don't start accusing people of things! Sit down and listen! Crossing her arms she glared at him pointing to a seat. 

Ryou;

"Ow," he mumbled, rubbing the spot on his head where Tessa hit him. He frowned, then walked over to the chair and sat down, crossing his arms. He narrowed his eyes, in a way that made him look extraordinarily like Ciel. "Alright, spit it out. Who is this 'Mr. Waters'? Why the heck does Ciel look so depressed?" After a few moments, he let out a sigh, and ruffled his hair, exactly like Ciel. "I'm sorry. I'm getting out of hand. I'm just concerned about Ciel, that's all." 

Saki:Sitting down in front of him she spun around in a swivel chair and then stopped fixing the light pink hair and shrugged quietly. Well it all started with a note. Saki stated with a slight smile as she began the long story and finally finished about twenty minutes later. Fixing the tie around her neck she merely shrugged it off. And that is what happened, Mr. Jump-to-conclusions. 

Ryou:

"That idiot," he muttered, ruffling his hair. "What did he think he was doing?" He frowned, leaning back in the chair, staring at the ceiling. "Well, thanks for explaining, Miss Whacked-Me-On-The-Head. I'm not in the least bit surprised at Ciel. He usually goes all-out towards people he dislikes." Ryou let out a sigh. "Oh, geez... Our stepfather won't be happy to learn Ciel got in so much trouble."

Saki:Shrugged it off. Only did so becuase you jumped to conclusions. Standing up Saki decided story time was over and walked off, to go outside again. Glancing around she spotted Ciel and then the football players....Then Mr. Waters. Taking a small step back she bumped into someone and hit the ground with a thud taking down who ever was behind her with her. I am so sorrry! Quickly jumping up she held out her hand then dropped it, realizing it was Izaya. What are...Huh?
Izaya:You need to have more balance. Izaya stated blankly as he brushed off his clothes and glanced at her. Saki Minimata. His grin grew as her eyes grew wide and she took several steps back though he grabbed her wrist firmly to keep her in place.
Saki:H-how did you know my!?! I didn't tell you!!!! In a panic-stricken state, Saki wriggled away and glanced around for a few moments before darting to the back of the school. Izaya just merely shoved his hands in his pockets and walked away humming without a care in the world.

Ryou:

"I'll be on my way, then," he said. "I need to go back to work." He walked out of the dorm, then back to the hospital. 

Ciel:

He had watched the scene between Izaya and Saki. He flipped his body down from the branch he was lying down on, right in front of Izaya, upside-down and hanging on with his legs. "Hey, how did you find out her name?" he asked, trying to keep an annoyed tone from his voice. He rolled his eyes, kind of annoyed at how he was actually interested in something Izaya was doing. "And why are you here in the first place? You look old enough to have graduated from college."
