Tessa:Ah...Yes. She quietly nodded and the dim light of her phone came on as she dialed the three familar numbers and soon the phone rang. No one answered though and she quietly sighed as she rang the number again. She shook her head and set down her phone. No one will answer...I do not know what is wrong...Maybe they are all on duty? Or something bad happened...?

Ryou:

"Really?" he let out a sigh, making a soft right turn. Sounded like the police were having some trouble on the road. "That's odd. That's never happened before." He blinked his eyes with curiosity. "I hope there's no crazily serious problem going on." 

Tessa:Nor I...Neither do I...Sitting back up straight she glanced around but did not see a soul. No one for dear goodness is outside...She said fairly dull letting her head softly hit the headrest she began to take in the car. The fine interior did not suprise her truely for this seemed to suit him. A small yawn mustered itself up and out though. Yawning for some reason made her eyes water and she brushed back the small amount of tears and glanced back out of the window trying to figure out where they were going.

Ryou:

"We're heading over to my house until the road clears," he explained as he took a right turn. "It might be a while until that happens. All we can do for now is wait." He looked over at her. "If you're tired, you can take a nap. My house is a good thirty minutes from here." He looked back at a road. The lights of other cars and street lamps illuminated his face. The car pulled to a soft spot as Ryou noticed a red light. 

Tessa:I...don't want you to be feeling alone though. That would...be...rude...of...me...She said quietly drifting off into the clutches of sleep. Her phone gently slid off of her dress and onto the floorboard. Her head lightly fell over and rested on her shoulder with only a slight tilt. The lights from the city streets glinted merely letting light peek in at her for several seconds at a time.

Ryou:

He glanced over at her, noticing her cell phone was on the ground. He couldn't pick it up, as he was driving, so he simply left it there. Ryou drove down several streets, the car revving quietly, almost soothingly. After quite a while, he parked the car in the garage of a house. The house was neither too large nor too small. It was... Well, a house. He looked at Tessa, and a moment of life or death suddenly opened up to him. He wasn't sure if he should wake her up, which would seem rude on his part. Then again, if he carries her to the house and she somehow wakes up, then he would seem like a pervert! Frowning, Ryou thought about what to do, sitting in the car mindlessly. 

Tessa:H-hn? She woke up quietly stretching out her eyes getting used to the small light provided she glanced at Ryou quietly. I am sorry...Did I...Fall asleep? She said quietly soon realizing her manners she jumped up to sit straight. I am so sorry! Please forgive me! I didn't mean it! She looked pathetic at that moment of time as she frantically began apologizing.

Ryou:

"H-hey," he said, with a light smile. "Don't apologize so much. It's only normal for people to fall asleep, right?" He almost let out a relieved sigh. Now he didn't have to worry about carrying her. "Ah- your phone." He reached down and picked it up, handing it to her softly. "Well, we're here." He got out of the car, then opened the car door for her. After she got out (Let's just say she did), he opened the door to his house for her.

Tessa:Merci. She nodded awake-ish. She put her phone on silent and then turned it off not to wake anyone or such as to not be rude. She stepped into the warm house and her eyes lit up happily. I-...I can not...Believe this..Such a...Wonderful house...She stated in awe, for actually she had never really been in a house.

Ryou:

He blinked at Tessa with a shy smile. "R-really? I don't think it's all that wonderful... It's kind of simple." He looked around the living room, where the entrance was. It was, indeed, simple, as there was a large, comfy couch in front of a small, cozy coffee table. In front of the coffee table was a small TV. The walls were beige, with a white bottom. There were two large passageways in the room, one leading to the kitchen, and the other leading to a hallway lined with doors. "I mean... Sure, it's not a shack, but it's not all that amazing." 

Tessa:Well when you are stuck in a boarding school your whole life this feels like a mansion. She said with an amused smile as she started exploring around the house. She glanced at pictures how funny they looked she thought to herself with a mere smile. Soon after exploring around the house she wandered back over to Ryou the sudden excitement in her voice as she began to tell him how thankful she was for him letting her stay with him and then going crazy about the house and how this was even better than she expected a house to be. So people actually live in these big things!?! Her voice was niave as she smiled quietly and then laughed it off. Pardon, moi. ^^' I didn't mean to go off like that but this house is just...Wow. ^^

Ryou:

He let out a small laugh. "Well, letting you stay here isn't really such a big thing," he said, with a polite smile. He then watched as she went around, exploring. She reminded him of a child going through a large, new playground. "Well, most people live in these things," he replied with a smile on his face. "And that's fine, people have their going-off moments." He let out another chuckle. "This house isn't wonderful at all. I mean, it's nice and everything, but if you're so impressed with this, you should see the house my mother lives in. Though I don't think it would be a good idea if I brought you there. My stepfather would freak out on us.

Tessa:It's fine! ^^ I am just fine with this! She said happily as she sat down on the couch placing her hands in her lap she  continued to glance around the room and glanced back over at Ryou. I would be afraid to get lost in this house. ^^ It is so pretty though!

Ryou:

"Get lost? The design of the house is simple." He pointed to the passageway in the wall leading to the kitchen. "Kitchen," he said. He then pointed to the door leading to a hall of doors, and a flight of stairs. "Everything else." He smiled at Tessa. "Thanks. I guess it's kind of pretty... But there are much prettier." 

Tessa:Well you must not know me to well...I get lost in simple places it seems. I also very doubt that last statement. Houses that go all out aren't very pretty. ^^ I enjoy the simple things in life I guess. Merely smiling she glanced at her phone. Don't you?

Ryou:

"Get lost in simple places, huh..." he blinked his eyes, then made a joke. "Was that last sentence to me, or your phone?" He then smiled. "You're very kind. Thank you. My house feels very flattered." He checked the time on the watch he was wearing. "Ah... It's pretty late at night. I'll go find you some clothes you can sleep in, and I'll show you to the guest room. Follow me." He opened the door that led to the hallway lined with doors and a flight of stairs. He walked up the flight of stairs, then waited for Tessa at the top. 

Tessa:She quietly followed him stepping lightly up the stairs she placed one hand on the rail for assurance that she would be stable as she walked up the carpeted steps. She stood at the very top one and waited for him to gesture her, or give instructions, something like that, anything like that would do.

Ryou:

"You can either follow me, or wait out here. Whatever you prefer," he said, opening the door to a room. It had a bed in it, a cabinet, and it was coated with paintings. Large paintings, small paintings, all of something different. But they all had something in common- They were equally beautiful and extravagant and elegant. They also had the small, scribbly initials of RM at the bottom right corner, in red. He opened the cabinet full of drawers, and rustled through some clothes. He finally found some that were small, yet very comfortable. He handed them to Tessa. "Okay. Across the hall from here is the guest room. You can sleep there for tonight, because I don't think the road will be clearing. Hope you don't mind, but that room is an explosion of paintings, too."

Tessa:B-but your paitings...They are wonderful I do not mind at all. She whispered quietly and suddenly bowed. Thank you so very much for letting me stay Ryou. I promise not to be a bother to you. She took a step back and looked for the room. Finally seeing it she stepped into the room and quickly changed folding her clothes she had on earlier she set them down by the door and finally fell asleep.

Ryou:

"Beautiful? Huh. There are still several techniques I have to master." He said his 'good nights' to her before she fell asleep, then went into his own room. He changed into a T-shirt and some loose shorts, then fell asleep. In the morning when he woke up, he quickly changed into a polo shirt and some pants, then went downstairs to make breakfast.
