Ciel:

"Hm?" he jumped a little when he felt Tessa grab his arm, but looked at her calmly. He stopped walking, and realized that he had spaced out. "Oh, sorry, I kinda started daydreaming," he said, an embarrassed smile on his face.

Ciel:

"Hm?" he jumped a little when he felt Tessa grab his arm, but looked at her calmly. He stopped walking, and realized that he had spaced out. "Oh, sorry, I kinda started daydreaming," he said with an embarrassed smile on his face. 

Tessa:Oh...It's fine. I happens to the best of us. She said quietly and linked arms with him. She walked down the long hallway quietly glancing at him everyonce and a while like she was curious about his actions.

Ciel:

He walked with her, linked arms and all. He noticed from the corner of his eye that Tessa was continuously glancing at him, but didn't ask about it. He cleared some of his growing bangs from his dark eyes and looked straight ahead, so he wouldn't walk into anybody. Finally, he decided to start a conversation. "So," he began, "I'm just curious. When you're lying down in bed and you can't fall asleep, what do you think about?"

Tessa:Well...Um. It depends. Sometimes when I can't think because I am worried I lay down and I think about what went on that day. Other times I try my best to get my mind off of the subject and drink some herbal tea that helps sooth me. It helps alot too. What about you? She excluded her thoughts about him though.

Ciel: 

"I think about..." he paused for a moment, just to think. "I think about lots of things. Music, things that happened that day, things I could have done instead of what I already did in my past to make my life easier. But I think the thing I think about most is what my life was like before I came to this boarding school. I lived in... A small apartment. In the city." He caught himself and stopped talking. "Sorry, I must be rambling on again..." 

Tessa:Who had seemed interested while he was talking looked at him confused. Aw...No...I was learning things about you. She said dissaptointed and watched him with sad eyes.

Ciel: 

"Well, then, I'll continue rambling on, if you like it so much," he joked. "Let's see... I lived in New York, my brother had moved out of the apartment when he was... 21, my step-dad took him and my mom out of the apartment when I was 15..." He paused, and thought. "Hm, now that you think of it, I've been living in my own apartment since I was 15. I didn't even realize that..." 

Tessa:Goodness...That is a...Young age for staying in New York. She stopped and watched him. It's a wonder how you got all the way down here Ciel. She said glancing at him quietly. She leaned against him and loosened on the locking arms so it wouldn't hurt him. She took one of his hands and began to get lost in her thoughts.

Ciel:

"Huh, I suppose it's a pretty young age. But I didn't pay for the rent and stuff, my mother did that." He held Tessa's hand and noticed she had began to wander off into her little world of thoughts. "Hey, don't float off yet. I'm still here." He smiled a little bit, and chuckled. 

Tessa:Her hazel eyes quickly lit up as she turned toward him quickly. I am sorry Ciel! She said quickly watching him. She felt horrible that she was drifting off into her own little world while he was waiting on her. I didn't mean it....Forgive me. She dipped her head and glanced up slightly at him.

Ciel:

He was a little surprised by Tessa's sudden action, and her asking for forgiveness. "Oh, it's fine," he said, waving her formal apology away. "I do it all the time. It's no big deal." He smiled to show Tessa it was alright. "You don't need to dip your head like that. It makes me feel special and all, but it's unnecessary." 

Tessa:A-ah. Sorry. It's just the way my culture is and my people. We forgive and don't mean it at times it just happens you know? She asked quietly glancing down at the floor for a minute. She glanced back up and lightly smiled. So what do you want to do now, Ciel?

Ciel:

He smiled. "Alrighty, then, I understand." He paused for a moment, then let out an embarrassed laugh and said, "To be honest, I have no idea what I want to do." He shrugged one shoulder.

Tessa:Well....I am pretty sure we can find something to do can't we? She said not really in a question though it sounded like it was. She glanced around to look for something twirling a piece of hair with her free hand. She let out a quiet sigh then a thought struck her and she glanced at Ciel happily. Can I go see what your room looks like? Sorry if I sound...Crazy or wierd...Or anything...I am just curious...I am always curious...I am suprised curiosity hasn't killed this cat. ^.^'

Ciel:

"Hm, sounds alright," he said with thought, then he smiled. "Let's go then, shall we?" He took Tessa's hand lightly and led her to where his room was. He took out the key from his pocket and inserted it in the lil' slot. He opened the door smoothly. 

Tessa:She glanced around before lightly releasing his hand and stepping in. She carefully picked up a picture and glanced at it and then set it back down. She sat down on the edge of his bed watching her surroudings. She tipped her head to the side glancing at the time on the clock. She then drew her attention back toward Ciel.

Ciel: 

He walked in after Tessa, and closed the door. He looked around. Now that he thought about it, it wasn't a bad room. He let out a small chuckle. "You know, it's kinda hard to believe I actually shared this room with Dante," he said, deep in thought. 

Tessa:Yeah....She said softly nodding. She glanced at the celing and the color of the room. She looked at the small table taking in each small detail. She smiled to herself. What a cute little cozy room! She looked over at Ciel again.

Ciel:

He smiled at Tessa. "I don't know about what you think, but I'm pretty happy with this room," he said, taking a seat on his bed. He let out a sigh, then remembered his manners. He looked at Tessa. "Do you want something to drink?"
