Janelle: She suddenly remembered--the memory hit her like a ton of bricks. She took a deep breath, collecting herself as she squeezed her eyes shut for a moment. She waited for a nurse to come.

Nurses rushed into Janelle's room at the sight of her waking up. "Ah your awake. How are you feeling?" A short nurse with brown locks spoke softly.

Janelle: She bit her lip. "Light-headed." She told her, her head resting on the pillow. "Panicked." She closed her eyes for a moment.

The nurses nodded and gave her a small shot. "Nothing to major. It wont hurt you or your child- just to keep your nerves down sweetheart. Can you tell me what happened?" He voice was still very soft.

Janelle: She nodded, sighing with relief. "We were... we were in the car. And we got in an argu--- Wait! Where's Joe?!?!" She yelled, panicked.

"Joe?" All of the nurses banded together for a moment. Looking like a huddle of a football team. "Joe is in the other room. He's fine. Tell us what happened,." Of course this was a lie. Joe was knocked out from his screaming from the pain he was in.

Janelle: She nodded, breathing another sigh of relief. "He was driving and we got into an arguement. Were well yelling and I hit him and then..." She shivered. "We hit a pole and the airbags went off and Joe put his arm out to protect me and the baby," She said slowly, realizing that for a minute, Joe had actually cared about her. It made her happy and thankful. She smiled for a brief second. Then it faded. "Then... I started freaking out and hyperventilating and he was moaning in pain. He told me to call 911 and I tried and then.... then it's all just a blur."

Janelle: She nodded a little, glad the baby was okay. I mean sure, having a kid wasn't at the top of her list, but she didn't want him/her to have a bad life because of her. She frowned a little when they said Joe would have to stay longer than the night. "C-can I see Joe?" She asked tentatively.

(Yeah, sure! But KIR too (= )

Janelle: She looked at the nurses sternly. "I want to go see him." She said firmly. Her eyes narrowed, she was pratically glaring at them.

Janelle: She sat up slowly, so she wouldn't get too lightheaded. Then she quickly stood up and tried to run out of the room, wheeling her I.V. machine behind her. (Oh, Janelle. Lol)

The nurses stopped and watched her. Though they didn't do a thing to stop her. Just shook their heads.

Janelle: She waddled down the hallway, hunched over a little. She wheeled her I.V. alongside her. She went up to the main desk thingy. "What room is Joe....um...." She didn't know his last name. (I know that it's Smith haha) "Someone named Joe in?"

The nurse pointed to a room quickly and turned away getting back to her work. Joe was still medicated heavily  and moaned in pain- nurses now out of his small room.

Janelle: She contined walking in her little hunched over waddle. She was lightheaded and desperately wanted to sit down. She walked into the room and collapsed into a chair in the corner of the tiny jail-like room. She regrouped herself, then turned to Joe.

His eyes were closed. Fingers gripped the handrails as he moaned and stirred around.

Janelle: "Joe..." She said soflty. "I...I know you probably can't hear me, but I want to thank you." She scooted her chair closer to his bed. "You saved me from injury and you saved my baby, period. So... thank you." She said sincerely. She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

kay *he heard the door opean and close* probly the lovely probly the lovely little couple *he wasconfused, and angery at himself, now he was going to be a father with a one night stand holding a babie he doesnt want, paying child supoer to a girl he never loved...and giannais spending all the time she can with him, he mumbled bitterly to himself, but he dident turn nor look, hecould still see it in his mind, her arms around his neck- his lips againest her, his knuckled whiteined as the thoughts went on*
