Rick: He sighed and ruffled his hair with thought. He didn't want Mia to get hurt by him, but there was practically nothing he could do. "I don't know, Mia," he said weakly, in distress. "I really don't know. I don't want to hurt you, but..." An idea suddenly came to him, and his face lit up from the idea. "Here," he said, handing Mia the knife he had earlier. He pulled out a larger knife from another pocket and put it in her hands. "You can use these to defend yourself. Other than this, though..." The look of distress came across his face again, and he tilted his face the slightest bit so a shadow was cast over his eyes. "Then I don't really know what to do. You can hurt me, whatever, when the full moon comes. Then I would know it'd be best to leave you alone." He smiled, and looked up at Mia. "It's funny, actually... I'm tricking myself." | |
