**RoSe** The night is silent aside from the ever-so-soft pants and muffled pitter patter of tiny paws belonging to a thin shadow, weaving slowly through the dense undergrowth of the trees. The little sound escaping her actions indicates her exhaustion. Glancing up at the moon, the pitch black she-wolf decides to press a little while longer, ignoring the aches and crys of her tired muscles. She jogs unsteadily forward, occasionally stumbling over a fallen branch or protruding weed. Her paw steps begin to waver as she spots a sheltered area not far ahead with her striking green gaze. A condescending sigh unevenly flows out of her chest as she collapses under the overhanging leaves of an oddly shaped tree. Curly her delicate body into a tight ball against the branch, Rose shut hers eyes and willingly invites sleep to overtake her. The last thing her conscious mind takes note of is the distinct scent of others, drifting from somewhere close by... (repost) | |

I saw it. Mia: She smells a female wolf somewhere near and jogs closer. Jack: He follows Mia.

**RoSe** Her nose twitches and her ears flick, detecting nearby movement and sound, though she does not wake. Her mind is deep within a land of dreams. Sniffling quietly, she adjusts her position and lets out a deep breath, ever so content in her sleep. | |

**RoSe** She begins to stir as the scent and sound becomes closer and closer, wrapping itself around her now unsettled form. She lets out a tiny whine as her pleasant dreams are whisked away and she begins to regain her conscious mind. Blinking her bright eyes open quickly, the small she-wolf lets out a squeal of surprise as she emmediately spots two other wolves sitting in front of her. Rose stiftens against the tree bark, breathing heavily. She stares at them, a fae and a brute. Their scents were similar, as if they might be siblings. "Who are you?" she uttered, her green gaze shifting back and forth between the other wolves. She wasn't nesacarilly afraid, just curious and anxious. | |

**RoSe** She listens in interest as they speak, her tail shifting slightly back and forth in the pine needles. The brute, Jack, was handsome and muscular. He had a strong, commanding air about him, yet he seemed friendly in the way he spoke and looked at her, his eyes dark and curious, shimmering slightly with the stars. Mia, his sister, was similar in some ways. They both sat with the same dignity and leadership. "My name is Rose," she spoke smoothly, her melodic voice carrying past them in the cool night breeze. A careful, though pretty smile spread across her black lips and she stood, dipping her head towards Mia, then Jack. "Nice to meet you both, I'm sorry for intruding on your territory." | |

"So you wouldn't mind if I maybe stayed here for a couple of days would you?" she asked, glancing quickly at both of them before continuing. "I've been traveling for so long, and I need a place to rest before heading out again," she concluded with a twitch of her ears. Rose was a rather confident wolf, and as she stood before her new aquaintances, she was able to feel confidence that their answer would be yes. | |
