Hermione- she looks up and sees Draco in the window, she stands and grabs her wand, walks out side

Draco: hides behind a bush

Hermione- Come on, Ive already saw you. hold out her wand, not really sure where he is, she has an idea Dont make me call the griffen.

Draco sighed and rolled his eyes and walked out from behind the bush with his wand out.

Hermione- raised an eyebrow Why were you spying on us? raises her voice And why didnt our griffen gaurd catch you? she looks around

Draco: "Hmm let's think about that. What else would I be doing? Looking in there like you guys were selling chocolate frogs?" he said sarcastically.

Hermione- looks around, whistles, when the griffen comes, she glares at it Where were you?

Griffen- with a single glare back, it walks back into the woods after staring at harry for a few moments

Hermione- sighs Go Malfoy.

Draco: "I don't take orders from Mudbloods."

Hermione- she raises her wand You take that back! she half yelled angrly

Draco sighed ,"Okay i take it back." without any  feeling or anything like he didn't mean it (which he didn't)

Hermione-  I mean it. You stand no chance against me or Harry, or Ron. You dont own the world. she says as calmly as she can

Draco: "Yeah like the orphan freak that faints and screams in his sleep, the blood traitor that's poor as dirt and the little mudblood to keep them sane."

Hermione- narrows her eyes, hold up her wand Bombarda!!!! the spell just hits the ground next to him for a warning

Draco rolled his eyes again, "I'm out." and he disapparated

Hermione- turns and walks back in where the other 2 are, she sits Im gonna get Malfoy someday.
