Malfoy- Madame Pomfrey came in and seeing him, un froze him, he tells her everything that happend, adding a few twists to the story, like how he was just inocently working and then Rick called his dad a mudblood so of course he ignored him and then Rick just went and attacked for no good reason

Rick: Class ended quickly, and he gathered his things, heading for the door. When he was about to leave, the professor called him over and quickly gave him a lecture about student behavior. Rick just nodded through the whole thing, glancing at the door every few seconds. Finally, when the mind-melting lecture was over, the Gryffindor walked straight to the Hospital Wing. It was a break time for him, so he wouldn't miss a class anyway. He wasn't going to the Hospital Wing to apologize to that Draco-or-whatever kid, though. He was going to check to see if he had made up any lies to Madame Pomfrey. Once Rick reached the Hospital Wing, he immediately walked up to Madame Pomfrey, who was reclining Draco into a lying down position on one of the beds. "Madame Pomfrey!" Rick called so he had the nurse's attention. He walked over to the bed Draco was being put in, but didn't even glance at the blonde-haired Slytherin. "What did this awful excuse of a wizard tell you?" He finally did glance over at Draco, but his eyes were full of hatred, as if a deep red potion of war had been poured into his soul. He looked back at Madame Pomfrey, awaiting her answer. He gritted his teeth as Madame Pomfrey replied exactly what Malfoy had told her. "It's not true," he insisted, though Madame Pomfrey seemed to have her beliefs set on Malfoy's story. Rick glared at Draco, and when Madame Pomfrey left to go into her office for some things to relax Draco with, he mouthed clearly, 'I hate idiotic, prejudice liars like you.'

Rick: Once Madame Pomfrey came back into the room, she gave Draco a small drop of a potion that soothed startled emotions and made the disgusting boils on his face fade away like steam. Rick stayed there, as he just wanted to try to convince Madame Pomfrey to believe the true story. No matter how hard he tried, however, Madame Pomfrey just refused to believe him. To his dismay, she even said she believed Draco more than him. Rick narrowed his eyes and began to walk out of the room. Before he left the Hospital Wing, however, he called over his shoulder, "It's because my brother's a Death Eater, isn't it?" After those words, he just left the Hospital Wing, his hands clenched to make fists and his eyes narrowed with an even stronger hatred for Malfoy.

Rick: The Gryffindor walked up to his common room and took a seat in a chair, sighing. He ruffled his hair a little bit, pulling out a small piece of paper. It had all of the things he had done in order to succeed in making himself an unregistered Animagus. He wasn't sure if it was safe, though. It had worked one time, but if something went wrong the second time... Rick shuddered a little bit at the thought. He wouldn't fancy turning into a hideous half-wolf-half-human creature. He took a quill out and inked it, then scribbled down things he could do to make his transformation more... Safe.

Rick: "No, no, that would only give me the ability to withstand a large amount of power as an animal, not to make it easier," Rick mumbled to himself, crossing out some words. The ink bled through the parchment, and he had to wave it around a little bit to get the ink to stop bleeding. He sighed, and put the quill and ink away. He had a look of displeasure in his face. He was worried about his Animagus abilities now, and if anything strange happened to him... That wouldn't be good.

Rick: He sighed, and glanced up at the clock. Crud! He was going to be late. Quickly, he dumped his things into his already unorganized bag and ran past Hermione to get to his next class. He ruffled his hair as he ran, then flattened it, a process he often did when frustrated or in deep thought.

Rick: He walked into Divination and quickly took his seat. He let out a sigh. Goodie, he had to search for his 'inner soul' through tea leaves. That didn't make sense at all. He drank his cup of tea, then peered into the teacup. All he saw were large black clots that appeared to be nothing. He tipped his head to the side and squinted his eyes. Maybe, from a different angle, they spelled out the word 'Hi', but that didn't mean anything.

Rick: The redhead let out a low sigh. "This means nothing," he muttered under his breath, sure that Professor Trelawney wouldn't hear him. He continued to study what was left of his tea, trying to look like he was working hard. He rolled his eyes and sat back in his seat with a low groan. "This is absolutely nothing," he groaned, ruffling his hair, then flattening it. He hated Divination. It was boring. Besides, when was he going to use future-telling in his future? He liked the element of surprise, it excited him. If he knew what was going to happen in his life, what was the point of that?

Rick: "Professor, I just want to ask you something," he said, looking at the Seer. "When on earth are we going to use this skill in later life? I mean, I don't think I'm ever going to stare at the bottom of my teacup and pretend-" "Why, Rick, this isn't pretending!" Trelawney retorted in her airy, mysterious voice. "This is seeking the future! This is like reading!" She spun around in a dramatic circle, her arms outstretched. "This is magic. You'll want to know if you're going to become diagnosed with a disease beforehand, right?" She crept up eerily to Rick's desk and looked him in the eyes, her own blue eyes wide behind the wide-rimmed spectacles. "Or, you'd want to know about... The Grim." Rick had to keep himself from rolling his eyes at the teacher, and almost let out a scoff when he heard girls gasping from the Professor's words. Rick sighed and ruffled his hair. "I hate to say this, Professor," the Gryffindor said, only the slightest bit embarrassed, "but I really don't believe that I can See the future." He rolled his eyes when Professsor Trelawney let out another gasp and told him about the magical wonders about how anybody could read tea leaves and didn't really pay attention to the woman. He just simply went back to the 'Hi' in his cup and studied it as if he were busy.

Rick: The mad woman was still rambling on. Finally, he just couldn't take it. He collected his things and stood up. "Nevermind, nevermind... I can't stand it here." He walked out of the room without another word, fuming and annoyed. His eyes were narrowed, but then a new idea came into his mind that calmed him down. He could practice his transformation, becoming an animal. He thought and thought, until he thought of a place. That one, unused girl's bathroom. The one that Moaning Myrtle lived in. Yes, that would work. Quickly, Rick walked through the hallways to find the bathroom, pulling out the scrap of parchment from his pocket as he ran.
