Abel did stuff. Sansa went over to her window and opened it. How many times had she sat and stared out of it, praying for someone to come rescue her from the north? Now it was her savior. They'd taken everything from her except for the choice of how she died. She couldn't take another day with Ramsay and Claire. But as she looked at the ground below, doubt gripped her. What if the fall didn't kill her? She could see her body, broken and bleeding, but still alive down there. The Bolton's would save her. She'd live on in more pain than she was already in. A letter arrived for Connor from Monroe but was delivered to Octavia instead. It detailed the wedding and Zoe's whereabouts and asked for him to return home. | |
