Personality: Bass is charming with an all-or-nothing personality. He exhibited a strong loyalty to Miles, but he didn't care much about the Republic or the men they were leading, which shows in his lack of interest in keeping the Militia in check. History: Monroe had a normal childhood. He grew up with miles, and when they became adults, enlisted with him in the Marine Corps. He served two tours of duty in Iraq. While he was stationed at Parris Island, his parents and two younger sisters were killed by a drunk driver while on their way to a Harry Potter movie. He nearly committed suicide at their graves, but Miles talked him out of it. After the outbreak, he left with Miles, and later on created the Republic with him, but showed little interest in the upkeep of the militia. That was Miles' job. He was stunned when his best friend tried to kill him, and mentally suffered greatly after it.

He does not wish for violence or war and does his best to limit the deaths and casualties on both sides. That being said, Robb has a surprisingly keen mind for warfare and strategy, a trait that takes many by surprise, along with a willingness to join his men in battle. Robb's tactical prowess and bravery results in the Northerners seeing Robb as a larger than life figure and he is quickly known as the "Young Wolf" for his ferocity in battle. Robb's actions create lore throughout the Kingdom that tell tales of him riding his pet Grey Wind into battle and even transforming into a wolf himself. Despite those good qualities, Robb lacks proper political skills and has a tendency to put honor before reason. He's more proficient as a warrior than as a politician.

History: Robb spent the majority of his life at winterfell. Since he was the oldest Stark child, he was raised to become the next leader. He was one of the nicest Starks to both Jon and Theon.

History: Jon grew up in winterfell along with his half siblings, namely Arya and Robb who were his favorites. Unlike them, he wasn't treated very well, namely by Catelyn, and never felt at home there. So when he was about 14 he joined the nights watch, a group of men dedicated to protecting the north from the dead and raiding parties. He rose through the ranks and soon became the second in command. He went off and became a spy for the nights watch with a wildling group were he fell in love. With warring loyalties, he didn't know where he fit in until the wildlings found out his reason for being there. He went back to his men and found out that his commander had been killed. As the new commander, he made peace with the wildlings during a brutal winter to allow them to survive. That angered his men who nearly killed him for his good deed. Close to death, he was brought home to winterfell where he regained strength although it was believed he'd never fight again so he had to renounce his leadership.

Personality: Ramsay is a genuine sociopath. He seems to be the personification of pure evil, with no redeemable features. He fully admits that he tortures and kills innocent people for no reason whatsoever, and that they did not deserve what he did to them. He simply enjoys inflicting torture on people. He has a perverse, playful, childlike giddiness as he inflicts pain on others, from flaying men alive to hunting and killing girls for sport. In his own twisted way, Ramsay is actually quite intelligent, possessing a certain "low cunning" with which he tricks his enemies. He is particularly good at thinking on his feet, but reckless when it comes to long-term consequences and intricate politics. He deeply enjoys playing mind games with his enemies using psychological torture, often tricking them into trusting him only to then break his empty promises. He is also very impulsive, though. He doesn't seem to fully consider the long-term consequences of his actions much to his father's chagrin. He just wants to have a good time.

History: Ramsay was born from his father raping his mother. When his father, Roose, found out about him he sent his mother some money in the hopes that she'd stay quiet about what happened. Which she did until Ramsay got older and she was unable to control him. He was too dangerous. So Roose, needing an heir by that point, took him in.

Personality: Daenerys is polite and well-spoken but filled with quiet determination. If she could escape the cruelty of her brother she could easily develop pride, confidence, and skills of command. She is somewhat naive to the world due to being young and living her life as an exile (with only her petulant brother to rely on for knowledge), but she is intelligent and quick to understand. Constantly living under her brother's domination gave Daenerys great empathy with the downtrodden of the world. She is deeply sympathetic to those she perceives as oppressed, while at the same time, her pent-up frustration from years of being mentally and physically dominated made her capable of being utterly ruthless against those she perceived as oppressing others. This produced a large amount of black-white thinking in her mind and she could be idealistic to a fault. On occasion she has a vengeful streak but she tries to stomp it down for fear of becoming like her cruel family. This causes a lot of confusion and doubt for her as she has to fight her instincts quite often.

History: Daenerys was born in space. Her family, along with many other people, left generations ago (although infighting and disease causes life spans to be much shorter) and found a new planet to colonize. On that planet was an abundance of new wildlife including what could only be described as dragons. As they were dangerous, almost all of them were wiped out but a few were captured. Unfortunately they didn't do well in captivity and grew sickly until they went extinct. The Targaryen family ruled for many hard years which resulted in incest and a multitude of health problems, the worst of which was madness. This madness hit her father, Aerys, hard and ruined his reign. She and Viserys were the only Targaryens to survive the uprising that destroyed their government and family. They were on the run for many years attempting to find people to help Viserys regain the throne. They became so desperate that 13 year old Daenerys was sold to a man more than double her age to marry. At first she was terrified of him but grew to love him and the child she was carrying. However both her husband and child died, actually Dany had to kill her love to put him out of his misery, and she and her brother were forced to escape to Earth with meager possessions. Luckily she was able to hang on to her three dragon eggs that would never hatch that she received as a wedding present.

Personality: Sandor is seen as a violent, aggressive, and brutal man, with a fatalistic view of the world. He is a formidable warrior and he doesn't hide his love of killing people, believing all men love it, and he generally hates soldiers who try to convince themselves otherwise. However, he also displays small hints at being a reasonably affectionate and compassionate man underneath, particularly in response to Joffrey's treatment of Sansa. This is largely a result of his disgust at the brutality of his older brother. The respect given to Gregor for his extreme brutality left Sandor thoroughly disillusioned that honorable men succeed in the real world the way they do in stories. His disgust at Joffrey's sadism and concern for both of the Stark girls, however, show that he is not yet so cynical that there are no moral boundaries he wouldn't cross. He even got so close to the girls that he shared details about his history including that the worst part of what happened to him wasn't the actual pain, but the betrayal that his own brother did it, and that his own father covered it up by telling everyone that Sandor was burned by a kitchen fire.

History: Sandor grew up with his parents and overly aggressive older brother Gregor. When he was little he tried to play with his brother's toys, that he had grown out of since he was then 12, but Gregor couldn't allow that insolence. He forced Sandor's head into a fire, burning it beyond repair, until multiple people drug him away. After that incident Sandor was never the same. He became cynical and cruel and developed an uncontrollable fear of fire, which wasn't unreasonable. His horrific injuries made kids unwilling to play with him which only added to his shit view of the world. That outlook may have saved his life when the apocalypse started, though, as he able to do whatever necessary to survive. Eventually he joined the guard of a wealthy family where he had to be a body guard to the oldest son. That was where he met Sansa Stark. She was to marry the sadistic boy he guarded. He did what he could to protect her and she helped him see a little bit of good in the world. After the destruction of that family by the Starks he moved on, doing odd jobs until he joined up with Monroe.
