Time came for Elizabeth to leave. She was supposed to go home but told her mom that Octavia needed her to stay because of Lyanna's injuries. However she did say her goodbyes and left. Instead of going north towards home she headed south. The people from the cat rescue and Ashley got to a little roadside zoo. They'd helped Alex put some enclosures together before then. Ashley was appalled by the cages the cats were in. The other animals had mostly adequate spaces but the predators had been locked in tiny pens. The grass was gone in many places from them pacing. At least in the cages that were occupied. Most were now empty. As the war became a bigger and bigger reality for citizens of the north anti wildling sentiment grew. Unfortunately for the people of winterfell, there was a target for their hate. One day when going to the Godswood Inkeri stumbled on some guys drinking. They'd be leaving for war once Robb called for them to leave and were scared but hiding it under bravo and alcohol. They attacked her, hoping to kill the spy, but Inkeri was a fighter. She fended them off, although not without injury, and ran back towards the gate. | |

Alex looked pretty confused at the enclosures. From his experience it was the prey animals that were stuffed in small enclosures. Herbivores didn't make good money in zoos but they did make good predator food. Oh well. He'd have to get them all out and take care of the owners. He then looked at Ashley. This could be a good starter zoo for her to run for him. The animals would be safe and maybe it would make her stay. Alice was outside the gate. Cass was on the ground next to her shredding a leaf that had been unlucky enough to fall near him. Alice got up when she saw her. "Hey, are you okay?" | |

The owner went over. He looked like the biggest redneck in the world. "You here to take the cats?" Inkeri jumped slightly when she heard her. She'd been too focused on getting away. Stupid. Stupid stupid stupid. That's how people died. She quickly tried to make herself look presentable but it was a lost cause. She was cut in a couple places and bruises were already forming on her face.
