It had been years since the ark had gotten a new addition in the form of a new group trying to return to earth. But things weren't much different. For the most part the inhabitants of the ark and the new people didn't mix a whole lot. They weren't antagonistic by any means but they had separate lives and rules. There were outliers to that rule, though. Monroe had met up with an ark citizen and had a daughter with her. Abel was working as a mechanic for mostly the group's area but would work on the rest as needed. Aylee had grown up with Jasper and Monty. She was super close to them and just maybe had a crush on jasper. Not that she'd ever admit it. She was far too scared of ruining the good thing they had going. Mary had been living a good life until recently. Her mother had worked on the council which had given her certain privileges over other people. That ended when she was left an orphan after Marie passed away from cancer. She was devastated but at least could start helping the younger children who had a much harder life than she had. Mel had befriended Sterling and Zoe when she was young and tried to spend most of her time with one of them. She didn't have the best home life so they were her escape. | |

Raven was training hard to become a 0g tech. She worked as a mechanic to get experience and was darn good at it. Most of the ark people and mechanics didnt have much faith in her. Nobody had ever managed to do it at her age. Jasoer and Monty treated her as one of the guys. In their eyes she was. Maybe that was good, maybe that was bad, but it did make them closer. Octavia was living her hidden life and Bellamy's life was spent with her. Sterling and zoe were both inseparable. There was talk that they would become a thing before long. | |

Jax had gotten asked to work on something on the ark. He was busy with another job so he'd sent Abel to handle it. While he was young he was more than capable of doing it. That wasn't the issue. Another person had also asked for help and Raven was sent? Aylee went to find Jasper and Monty. She would have liked to met up with them earlier but she'd had some chores that for some reason her parents could let wait until later. | |

Sinclair, the head mechanic, had made sure Raven was sent. She had been studying with him. She basically strutted over to what she needed to do. The more confidence she showed the better. It made people leave her alone. She was still very scrawny from her childhood. Her body had adjusted to a small amount of food and so she ate surprisingly little when she did get to eat. That made it easier for Sinclair, basically the only parent she had, to give her parts of his rations. By that point Jasper and Monty were both already drugged up. They were making a plan to break into storage to get some extra food. | |
