Michele smiled. Jane ran. She took him into the forest and to Hopper. She shoved a... dog? No,not a dog, dogs have faces... a creature away from him. The creature was about the size of a Border Collie although it had the same strength as the much larger wolf. It was black and hairless. Every muscle under was visible. Its head was closed almost like a pumpkin flower before it opens. No ears, eyes, or a nose was visible. Its tail was about the length of it's body from neck to rump. Hopper exclaimed a few choice words and spun. She jumped up and put herself between the creature and Hopper snarling. The creature made a growling sound mixed with a click. It lifted a paw and puffed itself out. It's face opened into what could only be described as a flower shape. The inside of the flower was all mouth. It was just gums and brows of small, dagger like teeth. It let out a scream worthy enough to be in a Jurassic Park movie. Spit went flying and dropped from the different sections of the mouth. Jane kept glancing back at Hopper to make sure he was safe. She had clearly chosen her alpha. | |

Kate smiled. Clay could really only watch. If it had tried to attack Jane he would have stepped in but it wouldn't have done much good. Without his hand he would have been little more than a meat shield. | |
