Connor looked around. Sansa nodded. Daenerys was still with the brotherhood. Their trip to return her home was mostly uneventful, Monroe owned the south but he rarely paid attention to it when he wasn't at war, but occasionally they came upon something that either the guys or Dany felt compelled to help with. She was shocked at the things she'd seen since being taken from the group. Earth had always been some idyllic place to her but that wasn't what she'd experienced. Everything she saw was the after math of war and fighting between towns. And she wanted to stop it. Leaders should help people. Not allow them to be killed for their own power grabs, robbed by their armies, or enslaved by others and from what she heard that was something severely lacking. Even the Starks' army, who some reported to be good, were going through the republic raping and pillaging. | |
