Daenerys watched him go before looking at Owen once again. Monroe had joined up with one of the parts of the army going to go locate the Stark forces. Typically he left that for other people but he wanted to get out for a while. He brought along his new helper. He'd run into the girl when she was working in the stables a while back and was caught off guard by how much she reminded him of Lyanna. Everything was so similar that he couldn't help but take her on as his assistant even though it was stupid to do it. She was a complete stranger to him. Arya was outside of the camp practicing her sword fighting with Needle. Ever since her father's murder she had been slowly picking off militia soldiers. Talk within Philadelphia was that Ned's ghost was back for revenge. She wasn't working fast enough for her taste but she had to be careful if she wanted to live long enough to kill Monroe. It wasn't hard to get close to him, for some reason he had accepted her with almost open arms, but it wasn't time to get him yet. She'd dropped everything to do with the identity of Arya Stark other than her sword. She couldn't bring herself to get rid of the gift Jon had given her when they were young. Even her accent was gone. Replaced by the most normal American accent she could muster. | |

Beric nodded. He'd talked to Dany earlier and wasn't sure how much they'd get for her as a "reward" so wanted to know more about where Owen was from. Mine traveled for a long time until they came across a town in distress. For once it wasn't militia soldiers causing the trouble though. It was slavers. Slavery wasn't permitted in the republic but it was hard to stop the roaming groups capturing people. Arya nodded. | |
