The massive Stallion was screaming and pawing at the ground while shaking his head. He kicked him savagely and the horse reared, nearly throwing him, but he did get the beast to the line. | |

His face was dark with fury and his hair fell down into his eyes. "My sword." He shouted to and someone ran it out to him. By then the stallion was back on his feet as well. Gregor killed the horse with a single blow of such ferocity that it half severed the animal's neck. Cheers for Loras turned to shrieks in a heartbeat. The stallion went to his knees, screaming as it died. By then Gregor was striding down the lists toward Loras, his bloody sword clutched in his fist. Sansa started crying and held onto Zoe. | |

No one but Robb really heard Zoe over everyone else yelling and screaming. He tried to stop her. "No!" Loras was shouting for his own sword as Gregor knocked someone aside and grabbed for the reins of his horse. The mare scented blood and reared. Loras kept his seat, but barely. Gregor swung his sword, a savage two-handed blow that took him in the chest and knocked him from the saddle. The mare dashed away in panic as Loras lay stunned in the dirt. But as Gregor lifted his sword for the killing blow, a rasping voice warned "leave him be" and a hand wrenched him away from his target. The Mountain pivoted in wordless fury, swinging his longsword in a killing arc with all his massive strength behind it, but the Hound caught the blow and turned it, and for what seemed an eternity the two brothers stood hammering at each other as a dazed Loras was helped to safety. Three times Gregor aimed savage blows at the The hound's head but not once did Sandor send a cut at his brother's unprotected face. | |

When Sandor heard his boss, he dropped to a knee which made him narrowly miss a blow that could have taken his head off. Gregor, finally coming to his senses, dropped his sword and glared at the men surrounding him. He wordlessly turner and strode off. | |

But he still took the victory and the money that went with it. He couldn't help but smile slightly when he heard cheers for him from the people.
