"For that much I thank you but for nothing else." Karstark said. He had dressed for death in all black. His coat had the sigil of his house on it. "Northern blood flows through my veins same as yours boy. I fought for you and your father. We are kin."

"Kinship didn't stop your betrayal." Robb stated. "And It will not save you now. Kneel my lord." He glared when Karstark remained standing. "Kneel traitor. Or must I have them force your head on to the block?"

Lord Karstark knelt. "The gods shall judge you, as you have judged me." He laid his head on the block.

"Rickard Karstark, Lord of Karhold." Robb said as he lifted the heavy axe with both hands. "Here in sight of gods and men, I judge you guilty of murder and high treason. In my own name I condemn you. With my own hand I take your life. Would you speak a final word?"

"Kill me, and be cursed. You are no king of mine." Lord Karstark spat.

Robb brought the axe down. The blade killed on a single blow but it took three to finally sever his head from his body. When the deed was done he dropped the axe in disgust and walked away. His hands were clenched and he was shaking as he made his way back inside as the rain poured down on him. Grey Wind, Nymeria, and Lady had started howling which only added to the ominous mood.

Robb went to the table that had the map set up on it. He removed all the markers that represented the Karstarks. Many had left the during night before Karstark had acted but the remaining would be leaving as soon as they got their lord's body. Without them the map looked so empty.

Word sometimes traveled amazingly fast in the apocalypse. Weird tales usually faster and there was nothing stranger than a teenage girl walking into a fire and coming out not only unscathed but with three alien monsters. But they had a tendency to change wildly. By the time Monroe heard the story Daenerys had giant beasts that could swallow people whole. And he wanted them even if they weren't that terrifying. So he put a bounty out for the girl and her "children." He had doubts about the claim but if they were real he didn't want her pissed off at him.

Luckily for Monroe, with everyone gone Daenerys spent a lot of time with her children and her horse. She knew it was wrong to go outside the community but there wasn't a lot of room to ride inside the walls. Typically she'd only take one of the dragons with her on her rides but on that day she wasn't planning on being gone for long so she brought all of them to work on their flying. Drogon has taught her to cook their food before feeding them so with the nourishment they were receiving their flying skills were improving dramatically. She didn't notice the two men and one woman at first. It was the dragons' screeches that alerted her to their presence. When one man tried to drag her from the horse he got a severe burn from her pets but while they were focused on the one the other two grabbed Daenerys and put her in a police van turned wagon. They caught the baby dragons mostly because they wanted to be with their mother and were off.

The trip to Philadelphia was hard to say the least but they made it with limited fires and bodily harm. As soon as they got there Daenerys, Drogon, Rhaegal, and Viserion were taken to the same research building the dinosaurs were being kept in. Owen had also been given a room there to be close to them however he had pretty much free access to the city.

The same couldn't be said for Dany. If it was true she was fireproof the scientists wanted to know how and why. So she was locked up along with the dragons. When they tried to give her the Monroe Republic brand they were amazed to see that it didn't need even redden her skin.

Robb sighed. He thought the question over for a little bit before answering. "I'm going to send Theon to his family to ask for help." He hated the idea. Theon was his friend but he was also a hostage Ned had kept close for years.

One of the researchers went to Owen.

He took Owen to the window into Dany's room. She was glaring at another worker who was in the room with her.

Robb stood up. "I'll get some people together to take you back to riverrun."

"The girl hatched three creatures that we wish for you to take a look at." He said.

The worker tried to grab Dany and take her out of the room for Owen to see the dragons. All she did was glare and state one word. Dracarys. Almost at the same time the three breathed fire and the worker went up in flames. She was teaching them commands in Valyrian so no one else could control them.
