Site Owner Posts: 236513 | Monroe had anticipated an attack on the capital and was prepared. He hadn't expected an alliance between Octavia and the Starks but he had enough soldiers that it didn't really matter. Sure he had heavy numbers of casualties but the city wasn't falling. | |
