Clay watched her, his gaze going down to her stomach then back to her face. "Are you?" Elena nodded a little. She did try to recreate the look Emily had done for her, she really did, but whenever she attempted to do her own makeup she ended up looking like a child who borrowed her mother's things. It wasn't in her skill set. That wasn't to say she looked like she rolled out of the trash. Her hair was nice and Nick had helped her pick a few clothes that were more her but not purchased at a thrift or army surplus store. "Yeah. Emily was helping and... it just wasn't me." | |
