Leona smiled. Luckily they were some distance from the house but not far enough to allow them to let their guards down. The two cubs went over to the fence and started rubbing against it in hopes of pets. Until recently they were being raised in the house almost like dogs so people weren't scary to them. Orion had been raised the same way but age and prolonged treatment had made him wary. Lacey had been purchased as an adult. She did not like people. She let out a few low warning roars. | |

It was a few days before Leona was going to have to leave. Around her Eli was happy and cheerful and just generally like a puppy following her around everywhere. He hardly hung out with Demetri anymore. While Zoe was happy about that, Demetris constant fact correcting and nitpicking got on her nerves, she also felt bad for the kid. He didn't really understand what he was doing and he was a good kid. Eli went over to Leona. "Are you ready?" Alex worked. | |
