Connor had really tried to stick it out with Octavia. Especially once Sara had been born. He'd never seen himself as a father but loved his daughters. It hadn't been enough to keep him with Octavia though. He just couldn't stand watching her and Snow. So he'd left with Arianne and gone back to his father. Monroe had been thrilled to have his son back and had agreed to an uneasy alliance to keep his granddaughters safe as long as they were permitted to visit. The little family had been overjoyed when Arianne had gotten pregnant and had a son who they named Tristan a year or so later. Jon had really begun to shine once Connor was gone. He was a natural leader that could pretty quickly win over most people, even if they had hated him. While Octavia ruled by fear he stuck to a much more stark like system of respect. What really brought him out of his shell was when Lyanna was born. He adored his daughter, along with Octavia's other girls, and did his very best to give her a good life. Sara had never forgiven Jon for chasing off her father. She loved her mother and older sister, and Lyanna to a point, but she mostly avoided Jon. She was happiest in Philadelphia and had asked to live there a couple times but Connor hadn't allowed it. He couldn't be with Octavia but he knew keeping one of her girls from her would break her heart. That didn't mean she stopped wanting to move there. Lyanna lived up to her namesake. She was a wild child and would have lived outside if possible. It was rare to see her without a sword or bow in her hand or around her horses. She had an almost unnatural affinity with animals of all kinds but horses were her favorite by far. She absolutely loved her rather rare visits to the north to spend time with the Starks. Once Robb returned from the dead Sansa had stepped aside as queen in the north. He'd learned a lot from the red wedding, namely he struggled with politics, so he relied on his sister and Zoe for help with it. Sansa was no general but she was great at reading people and playing the game of ruling. When his children were born he was thrilled. Shocking no one, he was a great father although occasionally slow to punish. He didn't shy away from it but he was sometimes a little too indulgent. Lucas was very much a stark. He had a good heart but maybe just a little too big of one. He was too willing to risk his own safety for people and too trusting which worried Robb to no end. He could suddenly see why Catelyn had acted like she did for so many years. He was a smart young man but more interested in activity, be that learning to fight or just spending time in the wolf and god's woods, than schooling. Elissa was the opposite of her older brother. A smart, bookish girl, she spent most of her time in winterfell's library with Scarlett, a fox she'd rescued from hunters as a kit. She often reminded Robb of a young Sansa but lacked her naivety. She would have the makings of a great leader if it wasn't for her pacifism. She lacked the stomach needed to make the hard choices needed especially in the north. Daenerys had put a hold on her quest for power a few months into her pregnancy with Raelyn. She'd become pregnant before but had lost the baby when she wasn't very far along. But that only grew her determination to keep this child safe. When her daughter was born she barely let her out of her sight. As she grew Dany didn't become any less protective. She swore to give Rae and any other children she had the life she'd never experienced. She'd picked up conquering once again years later and had carved out much of the south. While good at freeing people from uncaring leaders, she had a tendency of growing bored of ruling. Raelyn had been forbidden until she was older to ride Rhaegal but at the age of twelve she'd taken to the sky. The green dragon had always had a horrible temper with anyone but Dany, even her some of the time, but he loved his little rider. He'd accepted her before she'd even know it was possible to fly on him. Though she was a dragon rider and the blood of old valyria she was far more normal than her mother. She'd been taught a lot about Daenerys' people but she hadn't been raised there which helped. Although there were certain... eccentricities about her. The most noticeable but not the only was her purplish eyes. She's inherited Beck's dark hair and some of his height, she was already taller than Dany, the result of so much inbreeding had given her very unique eyes and, just maybe, too quick of a temper. Mary had never wanted to rule but she did her best to care for her people. She had ended up with a rather small country but it was enough for her. So long as she had enough power to keep her family safe she was satisfied. While she never forgave Octavia for the part she played in Tori's death she had made amends for the sake of her daughter. Elizabeth adored her aunt and wanted to be like her. Although she didn't have the ability to be quite that ruthless. She spent some periods of time at Octavia's base learning how to fight and getting to know her cousins. She was honestly a lot like what Mary could have been if not forced to be what Marie thought was proper for a young woman. | |

Octavia had been honestly heartbroken when Connor left. It took her a good few weeks to even be in the same room as Jon let alone talk to him. She blamed him for everything that had happened. Thankfully by that time Aurora was back and old enough to lead. She came back with a rather extinct bird. It was a huge eagle that could take down even horses with ease. Her name was Benesi and she adored Aurora. While Aurora was one of the kindest people you could meet she had mastered her death glare. The one eye and the bird was enough to stand down most anybody. If it came to fighting she was a fierce warrior. She fought with a sword and had a few commands for her eagle. She picked up languages easily and spoke many. Stories were told about her. Alice was pushed around a lot when she was younger and didnt have friends growing up She mainly kept to herself. When she was younger an exotic good trader came through. He specialized in exotic animals. She chose a small naked bird who didnt look like much and named him Kass. He quickly grew into a beautiful beautiful blue and gold macaw. He earned to talk amd often repeated what others said. He loved to play and got very upset when he was left alone. Charlie was a lot like his dad. He was understanding but firm. He knew right from wrong but still believed that some rules needed to be broken. He was really trying to do good. | |
