He was sadly used to that kind of treatment, which he utterly despised. Women often were less than subtle regarding their feelings for him. Including Sam only added to the attention on the table. Finally, a fawning waitress walked over to them, showing a little more- or a lot more- cleavage than she should. "What can I get you two?" | |
