"Release point two?" A guard asked. "Exactly as planned. Everything exactly as planned." Winslow said. He looked around as the guard hurried away. "I've always loved a good challenge. So I started hunting. But it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. A deer may have skills to survive in the woods but will still walk right under a stand. Predators aren't much better." He said as he looked over a laminated map on a table. "So I moved on to more dangerous game. But people aren't better either. We let a witch out and all she did was curl up in a ball and give up after a few minutes. Sure she tried a few basic spells but it was nothing like in games." He looked over at Sam and Elena. "But a werewolf? All the survival skills of an animal but the brains of a person. The ultimate game." "I will." Connor said. "Tell her hi for me, yeah? That I miss her." | |
